No pool, the hot tub wasn’t usable when i was staying there, which was 2-1/2 months for a work project. I found rates were much more reasonable in Dubuque.

like the closeness to UWP and the price. Wish their queen double beds were in the main building as we travel with kids and would like the bigger bed and ease of walking down to the lobby instead of getting dressed to go to another building. Breakfast options could be more but overall enjoyable

Didn't like the fact when we arrived and got the cards to enter the room was given 3 NONE of them worked (had to drive back to the lobby because our rm was on the back side of the main building) was giving 3 more cards DID NOT WORK so I called the front desk the clerk was very nice (felt sorry for her) and came down to try and help, manager had to be called I had to then drive back to the main office to wait for the manager she came gave me 2 new cards for same rm and then 2 for a different in case the first one still didn't work IT DID NOT so we finally got into the 2d rm, I asked if I could get something taking off because it took about 35 to 40 min for us to get our stuff in the rm they said sorry NO because we didn't book directly from Super 8 we had a gathering to get to so of course we (3) of us were late very disappointed :(

The upstairs loft, had a broken window shade, which let in light during the night to affect sleep. The window shade was open, not able to close. We enjoyed the large tub and cleanliness.

Room 401 should not be legally permitted to be booked as a non-smoking room. The smell was so bad we couldn’t even sleep my throat. Everything hurts the next morning or at least in the middle of the night when we left because we couldn’t sleep because of the horrible smell.

We stayed in room 108 next to laundry room which ran off and on most of night. The bathroom ceiling is moldy you can see its been painted over multiple times. I believe its a health hazard. We paid 132.00 for this room we will not be back.
