房間裏面的空調，冰箱，排氣扇都已經老舊了，整晚發出噪音。早餐是標準的美式早餐，還算蠻豐富了，酒店的泳池看着不錯。

Great staff and location. Room was average and beds were fine. The only thing is night 2 and 3 out of a 3-night stay was horrible. The noise from the room above ours kept us up both nights. We left for home early because we were all overtired and miserable due to lack of sleep. Such a shame and waste of money.

We went to Plattsburgh for a family event and flipped a coin to stay here. We flipped wrong. In truth, we have stayed at worse places, but this hotel is in dire need of a full renovation. On the pro side, the hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant. The location is good. On the con side, the cleanliness left something to be desired. Our room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, even though it's a non-smoking hotel and everything else was just tired. Our television had something wrong with it, so when you turned it on, it defaulted to full volume - an annoyance not just for us, but I'm sure for our adjoining rooms. We checked out the next day and went to a different hotel.

Breakfast was very nice. Pool and hot tub were relaxing. Clean room and comfortable bed. I’m glad the windows opened for fresh air on cool nights.

Great trip with college friends. Hotwl was great and inexpensive. Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us.

We were pleased with our stay especially price. My only complaints were: only 1 extra blanket was available (i was with my daughter); there no cups for hot drinks; there was 1 plastic cup; there were 2 bottles of hair conditioner no shampoo. Front desk was quick to bring it up to me.
