Nice hotel, good food. Nice staff. Clean hotel. Could offer more cocktail drink variety.

Brilliant hotel, wasnt sure about other reviews at first, but we had the best time! Food was amazing and something for everyone all the time! The pools were amazing, lots of sun beds! Some of the slides were closed but hotel offered free trip to water park which was fab! Location is brilliant the hotel staff and others we spoke to were lovely as well!

I wanted to give my honest opinion after reading reviews before arriving and scaring myself. Firstly the food choice was brilliant, there was always something for my fussy eaters. The pools were well kept, unfortunately the main slides in the water park were being refurbished however the hotel provided us a free trip to the water park which included free travel and lunch. Was a wonderful day out, well worth going. The rooms were clean and spacious, the cleaners came every day and did a wonderful job, great shower and the front balcony had a stunning sea view. Evening entertainment was ok, would have liked to have seen a little more variety than singing acts but it was still engaging and the children enjoyed it. The only two negatives were the towels never smelt fresh, they were changed every day but they had a really strong damp smell which was disappointing. Also I felt that under the outside shelter where the evening entertainment is held, should be a smoking free zone. Wasn’t nice having lots of adults smoking around myself and the children in an area which had a roof, there are plenty of other areas where people could go to smoke. This area also gets very cramped and I was concerned that one of the children could get accidentally burned. All in all we had a wonderful week with our 10 and 6 year old children and we would definitely come back

The place is definitely not a 4 star resort. Overcrowded and loud, definitely not a hope for relaxing time. After arrival we had to change the room, the one we were given was full of sewage smell. Staff was nice to allow the room change. However the other room was full of cockroaches and other insects. We had to ask staff to help us to kill it, they gave us sprays for spraying the room but that didn't help and we had to live with the everyday visits from lovely bugs... Food was not good, on occasion something was edible, otherwise a lot of fried fast food, some Chinese, some Italian, overall nothing local, nothing fresh and definitely nothing Spanish (I won't be mentioning paella that was mostly inedible) my son didn't want to eat anything and we struggled to find something suitable. All inclusive means cheap drinking by the pool which resulted in quite a large amount of drunks by the pool, not a pleasant view. Smoking was allowed and was not pleasant for people who did not smoke. Swimming pool was freezing, not heated at all, it was difficult to enjoy time in the water. Rooms very not very clean, although cleaned daily, pool was dirty, everything was run down and in need of renovation. Towels were not super clean, once I had a towel with old bandaid stuck to it 😱 plates, cutlery was oily, not washed properly and many times with food leftovers. Water slides were closed due to renovation so so called waterpark was really non existing. My main reason for booking this place was closed down. Big dissapoin**ent. Staff was friendly, entertainment basic, a bit too scandalous at times, probably better if you are drunk by then 😅Overall we had a good deal so wasn't expecting too much, you get what you pay for. It was our first trip to Lanzarotte and with that experience, not sure we will be back. Maybe to 5 star resorts and definitely not all inclusive. I'd rather enjoy local tapas by the sea side.

Overall it’s a nice hotel food is great entertainment is pathetic hotel staff are great I have just seen the review about the water park being out of season well I can tell you it is get renovated because you can hear the workman entertainment team are a joke I am here as I write this 13/05/2024 not one of the team has spoken to me my partner or my 6 year old granddaughter hotel staff on reception are great helping us out with a couple of problems Hotel location is not good there is nothing near to us shop on site closes at 6 then the nearest shop is 20 mins walk away but the food is really nice

Over all we had a great family holiday. The pools and water park were great and the kids really loved them. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any questions you might have. The food was mostly ok, with some evening dinners very enjoyable. The HL Paradise Island it self is clean and well presented, but the apar**ents are quite shabby. Lots of damaged items like, furniture, doors, gaps and cracks. It was clear that our apar**ents had seen some pretty wild holiday makers and were still bearing the scars. We went all inclusive, so local drinks like wine and beer were nice. However there was far too much binge drinking going on. Which inevitably lead to domestic's, that we had the pleasure of listing to for 6 of our 7 night stay. On one occasion a bar fight broke out just as the children's entertainment was about to start. That said, we didn't let this ruin our holiday, we had excepted from the start, that were not the only people there on a budget holiday. And that we, or the management can not predict the caliber of some holiday makers.

Arrived on the 6th of may at 9.30pm with my husband, mum and 3 kids ages 7,2 ans 11 months old. We had to wait hour and half to be checked in ! By the time we got checked in the bar was closed and we was starving. They said they had food ready for us which we went to after dropping our ages off.. the food was shocking ! Ham dry rolls no butter some olives and watermelon is what was left! They don’t have no control over who’s coming and going into the food part so people who was already at the hotel was eating the food they made for us so by the time we got to it there wasn’t much left. We went back to our hotel room and it just smelt of damp, there was cockroaches in our room !! The beds are so uncomfortable. They provided a kettle and 2 cups but nothing else no tea bags nothing went to ask at the reception and they was very rude and unhelpful. We was all inclusive but seemed that nothing was really free ! Slushys ice creams drinks u had to pay for the only thing they had was pull down beer and wine that tasted like muld wine u drink at Xmas! Wasn’t rosè wine at all! Iv been to a few hotels all inclusive and u usually get a lot for that price! We paid over £3,000 for this holiday and it was absolutely crap! We didn’t stay there in the end and moved to a villa because it was just so bad. It is way to busy for the amount of space they have around the pool and only 1 bar open during the day.
