Villas Mamma Mia Pool Heat Private & Jacuzzi

WARNING DONT STAY HERE ! After complaing to maria about things around the property that didnt work and asking why she didnt fill the need to tell us about the massive construction site opposite and only 23 meters from property with six crans over looking garden . (As you can imagine noise was horrendous)She told us she had informed us and it was over 500 meters which is a total lie. There was bare electrical wiers behind tv down stairs Maria told us we was bad people and that we had caused all the damage .We was horrified with her response after she told us to leave her property that day after being there for only two days with our 13 yr old daughter and she was keeping the deposit and not refunding any money.(5days left) to pay for all the damage we didnt cause. ( just down to bad maintance) we paid £ 1250 and feel completely ripped off and decived. Please dont trust Maria Garcia hernandez shes the worst host ive ever come across and she will lie to you.

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID WE BOOKED TO STAY HERE LAST WEEK AND THE OWNERS CANCELLED 24 HOURS BEFORE OUR STAY. SHOCKING BEHAVIOUR - THEN *********** HAD THE CHECK TO TELL ME THEY WOULD REFUND OUR COSTS MINUS THE CANCELLATION FEE 😡

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with this complex. The photos on the website need updating because the rooms, restaurants and pool areas are nothing like what they show. We had to find our own way to our room on arrival. In complete shock when we entered the tiny room for a family of 4. Two mattresses on the floor for a 9 & 13 year old. The shower room was tiny and toilet was disgusting. Not enough storage for clothes and the air conditioner is placed directly in front of the double bed. On the day we arrived the water went off at 6pm. We were told it would be back on within an hour. After returning from our evening out it still wasn’t working. The morning after we still had no water. When I spoke to the manager about this he told me that I needed to remember that I was in a foreign country and these things happen. He was extremely rude! The restaurant food was rubbish! No taste in anything and almost the same everyday. Same with desserts, repeated everyday. We got told there was no wine even though it was on tap. Again in complete shock with how bad it was. Pool- disgusting!! Around the pool there is some green/ yellow stains that has completely ruined all swimwear. My husband and both children have come home with ear infections. Umbrellas are rubbish then slightest bit of wind and they are off the the other side. Staff in pool bars are friendly and the lovely lady who does food around the pool is also very pleasant, organised and keeps everything clean considering she’s on her own everyday. Entertainment- shocking!! We got reminded by staff that this hotel isn’t a 4 or 5 * Yes! I get that, BUT cleanliness is highly important and guests should still be made to feel welcome. For the amount we paid we expected it to be a lot nicer. We would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Just got back from a week at Villa A. I never read any comments and we went purely on the name of the Villa being called ‘Mamma Mia’. I am very glad I did not read the comments as it would have drawn a bad picture. Yes the Villa is across the road from a hotel construction sight, the noise was not that bad and did not bother us. The accommodation itself was good, comfy beds and neutral decor. I think lots of people just comment on the bad things about places and I personally feel that shouldn’t be case. From reading the comments some people are very petty and clearly calm down. The Villa is in a great location close to many shops, restaurants, and bus links. Communication with the host was via What’sApp and was fine telling us all the information about the alarms etc. Going from one of the comments commenting on the hosts English is outrageous and should not be a ‘bad’ thing. I would type what I was sending in English and then Google translate it to Spanish and send both. This made communication more clear. Apart from some small things that aren’t even worth ‘complaining’ about the Villa it’s self and really good and we enjoy our first holiday since 2017. We have re-booked to come back next year. *Do not let other comments put you off from going, there is too much negativity going on and with places re opening up from Covid people need to more more kinder*

Visited here for 4 nights in May 2022. Kinda wish we read the reviews before booking but non the less we had a good time. Pool area is lovely but doesn’t open while 10am, something to be aware of if you like to get in the sun early. There is a bar and snack bar up there, quick service and staff are really friendly. The general set up of the hotel is like a little village which is really nice, the restaurant is nice and there was loads of choice when it came to food. We stayed in room 401, it was joined onto another room by a door in our room, this door was locked but it was noisy when other people checked in as you can hear right through the walls. The room was small itself but look relatively like the pictures. It was clean and they changed the sheets daily and gave us fresh towels after 2 days. There was a tv which turned on but didn’t get any channels and there was no remote. The bathroom was dated and tiny. We had hot water which I know some people complained about but the stream on the shower was poor. It was as tho some of the rooms were modernised and some weren’t. On Wednesday we were woken up by racket outside, the hippy market literally takes place at the hotel, so cars up and down from early hours and lots of clattering from setting up of stalls. The general location of the hotel is good and there is a beach close by which is nice. All in all we enjoyed the hotel the only thing that let it down was the room. We didn’t really want to kick up a fuss as it took us ages to check in anyway, had we have been there longer or have had to spent more time in the room we would have complained. Lots of the resort looks a bit run down, equipment from the gym is all gone and many machines are broken. We were informed that during covid homeless took over the hotel and so many tv’s were taken and lots of the facilities were run down or ruined. Overall has the potential to be great if they sorted all the rooms out. Would stay again but would need to make sure the room was up to standard with tv and good bathroom

I booked a premium room, I’d hate to see the standard rooms. Very tiny, no window, no balcony just a weird outdoor space by the front door which had no sun. The hotel is made up of little buildings, mainly just one storey, which are a little dated. Good location, close to a nice quiet beach with a couple of decent restaurants. Staff were friendly and food was great, loads of choice. The pool was nice and there were two bars and a snack bar. Was ok if u didn’t really want to spend too much time in the room.
