Lovely spacious hotel. Very quick checking in process. Friendly staff. Pool and sunbed area was great as always plenty of sunbeds. Restaurant was lovely and a good choice of food. The apartments could maybe do with updating as the bath was stained and our toilet flush button was missing. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Few minutes walk from the flamingo beach and about a 20 minute walk to the shops and bars.. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Great hotel, really enjoyed our stay. Big shout out to the animation team especially Saray and Esperi who our 2 children Amelia and Holly loved when it came to playing games and the evening entertainment! Room could do with a little upgrade, but otherwise clean and tidy! Had a great week, and will be returning shortly for another week in the sun!

El hotel ofrece buen servicio y calidad conforme al precio que se paga, le hace falta algunas reformas pero ya están en ello. El equipo de entretenimiento es muy agradable y disfrutamos de sus actividades y shows. La comida del restaurante la encontramos bastante bien y las habitaciones eran acogedoras. Lo que opino que deberían de mejorar es el horario de la hora de comer y ponerse de 13:00-15:00 pero bueno, eso ya depende del hotel.

Just came back from Relaxia Lanzasur Club. Don't listen to the bad reviews! That was a great holiday, all staff were very friendly and helpful! Our 4 year old boy loved the pools, water park and Timi's club! Great work done by whole animation team, especially Saray and Levana! :) We will definitely come back! ;)

The bungalows are so nice and cozy,the food was nice and had a lot of options ,the entertainment was okay because rasiel was there but this year i went to hotel and he was there and he just makes everything amazing and niño was a good entertainer .the pools were big and were really good.

The week on the resort Lanzasur was awesome, the have a huge aqua park perfect for the families, kids and also young people. A gaming room , very nice swimming and the restaurant for be a 3-4 stars hotel is very good. The animation team is so funny and they make a very good work in every activity and shows at nights, thanks for these week!!

Very good hotel with good room, the food was good but they repeated the chicken wings a lot. We liked the pizza on the Italian day, the other days the pizza was not as good or was different. The entertainment was very good, we loved everything they offered both day and night. We are already looking to book in summer.

Amazing animation team makes everyone feel included and very easy to understand as translated into all languages for an all round amazing experience. Always a different theme every night. Kids entertainment 20:00-20:45 then 15 minute gap to get refreshments before adult entertainment 21-22pm

Very good hotel, for family with children the entertainment was very good, saturday 6.04 animotors make the show, very good and lovely moments, we loved everything they offered both day and night. Luxiclub was very good. We are already looking to book in summer.
