This was a fantastic vacation. From the moment we arrived the staff took care of us like family. Veronica, Maried, Fabian, Latoya, our driver Emanuel and many others made our stay enjoyable. The room, pools and food were also very good.

Dreams Playa Bonita has a great price and beautiful grounds but the entire resort is in need of updating/upgrading and new equipment. The food was mediocre with breakfast buffet and Portofino being the only two places we actually enjoyed eating. If you want to get somewhere warm on a budget, this will do but know you get what you paid for. We aren't disappointed in our experience but hope money is put into updating this resort soon!

The staff were all great, friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The food was a hit or miss but you could find something to enjoy. The sloth on site was one of my favorite things on my trip. Make sure and find Jose he can take you to see them. The drinks are the best at the preferred lounge and pool. I would have liked the swim up bar to carry better liquor but over all I did enjoy the preferred perks.

This is a nice resort. I picked it out because of its location, not the amenties, but it was very nice. I had a great time kayaking and walking in the mangroves nearby. The food is very good if you like seafood, and given the proximity to Veracruz, where there a lot of fresh fish, you can expect a good seafood dining experience. There's also chips and bangers type food. Overall, I think this is a great choice for more active people.
