A great hotel to stay in, friendly staff food is top class . There was no mad rush for pool beds in the morning even though not many,when people left they took towels with them so always available. The rooms are cleaned every day. When we booked a tour to Mt. Teide they delivered a picnic pack the night before for the next day.When we booked in all guests were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and told everything about the hotel and what was available Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family and will make a return visit in the future even though I never go back to the same place twice Thank You very much Vanilla Garden for a great holiday

Another lovely holiday at Vanilla Garden. Friendly, helpful staff throughout whole hotel. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, tidy and colourful gardens. Food was very good although could have been a bit hotter some nights. Breakfast is the best we've had abroad although a new toaster is required for breakfast service. A huge thank you to Guiseppe (massage) who worked his magic on my neck making my holiday much more relaxing. Made a return visit with hubby who agreed its the best massage he's had. We were very impressed. Entertainment is spot on too for type of hotel.

Nous avons eu un accueil des plus chaleureux. Les chambres sont belles, agréables et la literie de bonne qualité. J'ai pour habitude de dormir avec un oreiller peu rembourré et ils m'ont gentiment apporté un oreiller qui était parfait. La piscine chauffée, le jacuzzi et les transats sont trés agréables, il y a de la place pour tous les clients. La végétation apporte une belle touche d'exotisme, c'est très agréable. Tout l'hôtel est d'une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel nettoie tout au long de la journée les parties communes. Les transats sont lavés le matin, même les chromes des poubelles extérieures sont lustrés le matin. Le petit déjeuner est complet, il y a du choix et le personnel est vraiment agréable. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour que le client passe un agréable séjour.

Just got home from an amazing stay at vanilla garden hotel. We felt super relaxed from arriving. Rooms spotless, comfy bed and plenty of storage space. Pool area is beautiful, again spotlessly clean and lovely bar to get cocktails and drinks. We did bed and breakfast, loads of choice at breakfast. Rafa, who is the chef at breakfast making pancakes, omelettes etc is so friendly and helpful. We also upgraded to dinner buffet for 3 nights and found this to be great choices and delicious food. This was perfect for us as we had a few nights eating out and then 3 in the buffet. Staff were all fantastic, so helpful and professional. Shout out to Sarah for looking after us so well. Location was great, about 20 mins walk to safari centre but plenty of bars/ beach within 10 mins walk. We personally didn’t find Veronica’s noisy at all from the hotel. Top tip, pani club across the road do a lovely brunch/ lunch. We went here twice! Overall a lovely, chilled, relaxing stay. We can’t wait to come back!

I’m currently laying on the balcony writing this review… We’ve only been here for 3 days so far but writing a 5 star review for this hotel is easy. I booked directly with the hotel, we came for my partners bday, and they were so accommodating and when we arrived they left lots of balloons in the room. I booked the deluxe suite as he runs a business so has to work even when on holiday. The suite is really lovely. It has a hot tub on the balcony, a huge double shower, a massive comfy bed and a living room with a desk (perfect for laptop). He’s been able to work and then come out and use the balcony when he’s free so it’s been perfect for us. We’re staying half board and the food is fresh, hot and there’s enough choice without it being too much. From reading other reviews I thought the hotel was in Veronica’s but it’s not. It’s a 5 min walk away and perfect to walk to bars, the beach and shops. All the staff are friendly and it’s just a really nice, chilled, clean and welcoming hotel. I’ll 100% be coming back. The only thing to note if you book a hot tub room is it’s set at 36 degrees, so you need to speak to the pool man who will show you how to adjust the temp. We’ve set ours to 17 as it naturally gets warmer from the sun but is cool enough to use in the day time.

Everything was great, except for the amount of noise between rooms and from the outside. Sure, everybody’s there to have a good time. Zero complains about people making joyful noise. But the room’s isolation is next to nothing, so don’t go there expecting to close the door and make the world go away. The world is still quite audible. For a 4-star hotel, I was expecting far better isolation, but hey, whatever. We still had a great time, and the location is excellent.

Well, what a little Oasis this beautiful hotel is. What a great find! From check in with a glass of fizz to the friendliness of the staff, I am delighted we stayed here. Fantastic location, short stroll to the beach and all the bars and restaurants along the seafront. What an absolute pleasure it was to go out for lunch, sit on the front and lap up the beautiful sun and scenery. Some fab restaurants for the evenings out. This hotel is a real gem. Spotlessly clean and great facilities. It was easy to get a sunbed most times of the day. Management, whatever you are paying Receptionist Maria is not enough.........she went above and beyond any service I have ever experienced. A total asset to your hotel. We will certainly be back.

Stayed here for a week and from the moment we arrived until we left we were very happy with the hotel . All staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. The whole hotel was kept spotlessly clean including swimming pool area. The restaurant buffet was varied and delicious. It was close to busy areas so I was a bit worried about noise carrying to the hotel. However , there was no noise. We hired e-bikes for the week and the hotel had a safe, secure area to store and charge them. All in all a great stay in a great hotel . Thank you to all the Vanilla Garden Hotel staff.

We have just spent a glorious week at this hotel. There is not one bad thing to say about it, staff great, rooms great, food great, location great, the list goes on..... If you decide to book here, you certainly won't be disappointed. Can't wait to return.
