Looking forward to a good holiday in SOL TENERIFE this was one of the worst holidays EVER spent 9 nights there never slept one night due to very noisy bars below from the ***** starting at 7 pm until 6 am how can you say this is a family hotel we stayed all inclusive what a waste of money breakfast was cold never had warm chips cold.battered broccoli ice cold in middle fish was raw after the second day we went out we didn't know were the lunch bar was. until the 3rd day that was just as bad to.some security were very clever watching you all the time remember we are on holidays not in prison. and when the pool attendant told a gentleman that his 2 year old child couldn't play with her ball in the pool on her little holiday felt so sorry for her. Disgusting we also put towels on the beds because our friend was disabled when we came down after breakfast our towels were removed by the very rude attendant what's the point 😡😡

This hotel was nice and clean. The noise from the night clubs is real! The rooms are not very sound proof. The location is very central and convenient. There are many restaurants and shops close by. Lots of pool chairs available and two pools. Our morning walks had the beautiful backdrops of mountains on one side and the ocean on the other but we constantly had to step over broken glass, garbage, vomit and other unpleasant things! So sad that the tourists are so incredibly disrespectful of the Island.

Very small rooms with one socket. No kettle. Noisy for bars below. Good breakfast and nice location. Sunbeds are hard to find, plenty of beds with towels on though. No chance at the heated pool unless you are up at dawn. Excellent location and secure entrance.

Nice place, we got a room with sea view as requested, staff amazing, hotel needs a little a bit renovated but we had a great time. The staff were genuinely friendly, making me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. They were attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

Terribly slow check in Electrics not working in room but came to repair fairly quickly No kettle coffee making facilities although if you ask at reception they will bring kettle to your room at no charge. Decorating very dated but clean.  Water in fridge on arrival. Only one socket in lounge and one in bathroom.  Bath stained with age. Small balcony but good side sea view. Shower gel provided. Hairdryer in bathroom. Food just ok nothing special but always able to find something; breakfast is the best meal and the coffee is lovely. Much needed after a night out!! We've stayed here a number of times in the past and unfortunately the hotel is showing its age. NOT 4 star and probably wouldn't return although as a value hotel its not the worse we've stayed in

Very unhygienic hotel in need of a huge renovation. Food isn’t worth the extra cost, the rooms have 1 single power outlet which is for the tv and look like they haven’t been renovated since the last 90’s or early 00’s. Carpets are in awful shape with duct tape patches on some parts. Pool is covered in green algae floating on top and stained all on the walls. The outdoor staff, life guards are good at what they do, house keeping staff are all lovely until it’s time for you to check out when they asked us if we could hurry up and leave now 20 mins before we were due to check out. The receptionists could be a lot more helpful and less judgemental when looking for special allocations, Very difficult to find a sun lounger and almost impossible to get 2 beside each other if you aren’t out 1st thing in the morning, another issue is many people will leave towels on the loungers and disappear for hours on end with staff doing nothing with the empty loungers. You are provided a bath towel per person in the room which is perfect but if you want a beach towel you pay €10 deposit and €1 each time to clean it. Overall the main thing going for this hotel is the location. I’ve read over 10+ reviews before writing this and some of them almost seem fake with how inaccurate they are about the state of the pool and outdoor areas. If you value your sleep I’d also avoid this hotel as the balcony doors have no seals so all noise from “The *****” nearby gets in and also conversions from the hallways can be heard clearly. For anyone who uses a hairdryer bring your own as the ones provided are less useful than putting your hair under a hand dryer. Overall unless you were going on a drinking holiday and the hotel was just a place to sleep for you I’d not recommend it.

We absolutely loved this hotel & everything about it! 10/10 for service, food,pool area & especially the staff mainly the kids club which was amazing! We booked the hotel & then seen the mixed reviews & were worried. Even on arrival we weren't sure. The room wasn't huge but had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Beds were very comfortable, shower great so happy days. We had heard about problems with noise but we had zero noise in Block B with a lovely pool view. We had breakfast included so were interested to see what we would get. Wow! What a magnificent banquet! So so much choice & everything very high quality. We like to have breakfast as late as possible the times are 7.30-10.30 so we would go down after 10. Always a good sign is when you see them replenish food right up to 10.30. Staff never rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable despite tidying up & clearing away. Huge area also never any trouble getting a table & all close to the food area. The kids club was 10.30 -12.30 then 3-4. Our 6 year old loved it the staff were great with him. Nadia is lovely as were all the other staff & the pool entertainment was great too , Dani the tall young guy was hilarious 😂 Pool area is excellent too. 2 fine big pools no hassle getting beds & constant security presence. If I'm going to find any fault it's a minor one, one of the 2 lifts to block B was constantly breaking down but to their credit they kept trying to fix it, it wasn't just left with a out of order sign. So overall we were delighted with our choice, for the money we spent it was superb value & I've a feeling we will definitely return. The location is ideal and when you go out the back gate to the amazing view at the promenade you are beside loads and loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Throughly recommend this hotel.
