Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and a few points to note, hotel cleanliness very good although rooms dated and need a refresh. Staff although we had no problems were approachable and around if needed. Food overall decent quality and plenty of choice although could have been hotter at times. Night entertainment on some nights low quality so didn’t stay around hotel for this. We upgraded to a poolside room but couldn’t see anything from balcony for very large palm trees in front, also asked for a low floor as both in our 70s but were given a 3rd floor room which isn’t too bad if lifts worked which of course they had a mind of their own. Would I stay here again yes probably as very central location and overall not a bad hotel.

De kamers zijn van goed formaat en worden iedere dag echt goed schoongemaakt, goede bedden, uitstekende service, vriendelijk personeel. Goede locatie, op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants en het mooie Playa de Las Vistas

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit worried, but there was no need. We were made to feel welcome from check in, all of the staff were friendly and approachable. Our room was clean and very comfortable, 2 king size beds and still plenty of room. Hanging space was a bit limited and I do prefer to have drawers next to the bed but the shelves were adequate. A nice bonus of a free safe, fridge and kettle. Lovely big bathroom and linen/towels changed daily if required. The pool area is very spacious and there are plenty of sun beds available. The pools are quite big but a little cold, it doesn’t bother us really. The dining room is very spacious and staff are there to lend a hand if needed. The food was plentiful and yes sometimes a bit cool. Having said that, this is a large hotel catering for all inclusive and half board so they have a difficult job. There is lots to choose from with themed nights throughout the week. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Our go to place in Tenerife, centrally located to all the fun stuff, nothing bad to say about the hotel. Our room this time was the best with the largest balcony ever,could have landed a helicopter on it. Everything was perfect, looking forward already for our next visit.

Stayed here with my wife + 12/9 yr old children and inlaws. Staff are lovely here, couldn't do enough for you. Hotel is generally in good condition, entrance area is large, bright and clean. The only issues were the carpets/doors/paintwork in the corridors were very tired, needs a lick of paint. Our room was great, walk in shower, very clean and also cleaned daily. Inlaws room was a bit dated though and looked tired, but still very clean. We had a pool view room which affords great views but the evening entertainment is directly below, loud and goes on until 10.45pm ish. Didn't bother us as the kids watched it from the balcony but don't expect much sleep before 10.45 if you've got younger kids. The pools are great, smaller pool for younger kids with inflatables and a larger (colder!) pool for older kids. Both pools were great and a good size. Plenty of sun loungers but queing is advised if you want to guarantee one, pool doesn't open till 9am ish but people queing from 8.30. Restaurant is very large, well run and clean. Staff are great. Food was tasty and plenty of choice, desserts a bit limited though. Good choice at breakfast too although Spain has no idea what a sausage is! 5 minutes walk from the beach, lots of shops/restaurants nearby. 15 mins from Siam Park on the bus which is a bonus (€10 in a taxi). 90 mins from Loro Parque though (bus has to go the long way round avoiding the mountains!) Overall a lovely stay, the negatives are merely cosmetic and nothing a lick of paint won't fix.

Goed hotel met vriendelijke personeelsleden. Uitstekende ligging. Op 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Het eten is prima en de kamers zijn schoon. Als er een senator-kamer wordt geboekt mag je gebruik maken van het dakterras waar een koelkast vol staat met drinken en je zelf een biertje kunt tappen.

Food is basic all inclusive food, fine but repetitive. Room was very beige, beds were comfortable though. Stayed on the bottom floor with an extended balcony, everything from the rooms above got thrown onto the balcony. Cleaners were great, sometimes they would sweep the floor but not everyday. They also didn’t change the bedding everyday. Big restaurant but small area where you get your food, good organisation for tables from the restaurant staff. All drinks help yourself if all Inclusive. Also discount on premium spirits and cocktails if you are all inclusive. Hotel is in a great location with many shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. The indoor water in the reception absolutely stink most days and looked murky like it wasn’t being cleaned regularly. Definitely wouldn’t say this hotel is a 4 * as advertised by them but was just fine. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay again but it wasn’t all bad.

Lovely hotel only fault couldn’t get English tell on after reporting it three times. Staff all nice and polite pool area spot on sun all day. Very well located close to most places.

Group of 13 mixed ages we had issue with one room which was dealt with , moved to another room . Location was great food was much better than expected so wouldn’t pay much attention to some of the reviews. Staff really pleasant . Only negative was the sun bed race were people would leave towel on beds all day , kids loved the ice cream choice
