Perfect for a short stay. You will find all the basic amenities you could need. Receptionist very friendly.

Came for a 5 nights holiday with some other couples and was an average stay. The rooms are basic and unclean, especially the bathrooms. The beds are uncomfortable and the fan is very loud, barely making the room any colder. The pool are is lovely, the drinks & food are good too. Everything is an extra charge, WiFi, remote for the TV, room card etc. Location is okay. Takes around 5 minutes to walk to the Veronica’s *****, 15/20 to the beach and then again 15/20 to get to the main part of Playa De Las Americas. Overall, we got a good deal for our 5 nights stay but I wouldn’t stay here again. Definitely needs a refurbishment.

So after reading loads of reviews we were a little bit worried as it was booked as a cheap we get away for a week before baby arrives, After arriving I could not be happier we were room 319 gets the sun in the morning and slept peacefully every night, rooms are dated but we knew that coming and again you’re hardly in the room anyway, beds are 2 single beds just so people are aware, didn’t realised you could put the fan up levels till the last day ‍♂️most of days went to beach so can’t really judge pool area the few times we were there didn’t have an issue, very strong smell of grease from the snack bar at the pool which put us off ordering anything, prices a little bit high to but again could not fault these apartments Would recommend after our experience

Stayed here in for 5 nights with friends apartment very basic but okay for a cheap base. The only thing I would recommend amending is having put down a deposit for everything in the room eg €10 for the remote to the tv, €5 for a spare key card and a €30 per person refundable deposit for the room. I asked a member of staff if they had been handed in a pair of AirPods that had been left in the room once we had checked out and was quickly dismissed and no further help was given.

Cheap hotel. Extremely tired and poor facilities. A 2 star at best. Pool side food matching the 2 star. Too many groups of men. No not bring you children here. £60 room deposit, £25 for the safe, £1 everyday for a sun lounger. Lots of walking due to its location which I’m on the main road. Its cheap price attracts loud people with no regard. Not a peaceful or relaxing experience

We have been staying at these apartments for 12 years! We are gutted that the hotel seems to closing in may? It is always full and great location. It's such a shame😢the team at reception are always very helpful and friendly, always remember us!

Yet another great stay at the Oro Blanco Stayed in room 211 which was spotless, you can smell the cleanliness as soon as you open the door. Not much I can say about the complex as we have been so many times now and said it all before, around 15 visits in 15 years and never had a bad experience here. Special mention for the staff at the pool bar - all three are great and always look after us so well, sadly Sandie was saying she was moving back to England due to the hotel closing, we wish you well. The chap on reception knows us well and is very good with our daughter. Housekeeping team are spot on as always. The only disappointing aspect of the holiday was learning that the complex is closing on 1st May and the future is not clear for the staff or the complex. Some staff members have been there for over 30 years which is remarkable. It would be a shame to loose the staff and I do hope they can have a role in whatever happens going forward, they are a great asset to the complex. You can have all the nice things in an apartment complex but without good staff you have nothing. We did leave with a tinge of sadness realising this could potentially be the last time we will see the staff who we have come to know very well and also that we might not get the chance to stay here again. Team Oro Blanco you are the best and I pray that everything works out for you all and that we will see you again some time in the future.

A lovely welcome and check in with the manager. Our room is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The manager couldn't have been more helpful even helping me with my pigeon spanish. The hotel is a short walk to Troya beach and bars and shops. This is our second visit to the Oro Blanco and it won't be our last.
