It is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it.
We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉.
Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill.
We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.

A fabulous mini break at this hotel this week. Arrived late and quickly grabbed some drinks from the bar, bar staff really friendly. The room was up a lot of steps but was fine for us, others may struggle so ask for lower level if you think you might. Room was lovely and clean and I had emailed earlier and they had left us a bottle of Prosecco as it was a birthday celebration..nice touch. Breakfast lunch and dinner in the main restaurant was always nice, never too busy and again the staff are lovely. Food was topped up regularly and the themed nights were good. My husband loves poached eggs and I asked but unfortunately they didn’t do them to order, didn’t spoil it though. Pool bar was nice, self serve for most of the drinks and cocktails made up behind the bar. The BBQ lunch was nice and enjoyed the DJ that day. Evening entertainment was ok, we only watched it once and would sit at the taste bar which was relaxing for us. Would definitely return to this hotel for a break. Not really near anything but taxis are cheap and hotel ring then when needed.

Had an unbelievable experience. Perfect family hotel all the staff are amazing but a special praise to Bella Rennae. We have been here 2 years in a row and we will definately be coming back. The entertain for children and adults we couldn’t fault. My 3 year old daughter has had the most amazing time and loves the staff.

WOW!! Not long back from a weeks stay here and I have to say from start to end it was a superb holiday. We arrived late so restaurant was closed, but we were given a picnic bag with sandwiches, water and a carton of juice each which was well received. We stayed in apar**ent 209, and when opening the door was amazed at the size of the place. The fresh smell hit you as soon as we opened the door, not only that night, but every day. The cleaning of the room was amazing. When we went for breakfast in the morning, usually around 8ish, we seen what can only be described as an army of cleaners making sure every square inch was cleaned around the resort, great job! Food was the best I have had EVER in an all inclusive resort, can't fault it. Would just like to mention the staff in the resort, the motto is be happy, and let me tell you the staff live up to this. They are so friendly and helpful and are a real credit to the Gran Oasis. One lady who was always front of house at breakfast was so so nice, and even entertained me trying my Spanish out, special thanks to her. Anyway if you are thinking about booking a break here, stop thinking and just book it, you will not be disappointed. We will be back! Thanks again for a great experience.

I’ve just returned from a stay at the Gran Oasis resort, this was a first family holiday for us. We couldn’t have picked a nicer hotel, the staff here are fantastic, always willing to help and go the extra step for you. The facilities for our family were great, a variety of pools and sunbeds available. The food that was available for breakfast, lunch and dinner was great, giving plenty of options and variety with themes for dinner each night. The entertainment staff were incredible, plenty of activities for the children and adults alike and keeping the children entertained during the mini disco. Look forward to visiting again.

First time stopping at this hotel and I'm very pleased with my stay,let me start by saying that the staff here are friendly and very helpful,I came here with family who have never travel abroad before and their stay has been amazing and they all want to come back next year,if your traveling here with young children who are fussy eaters like my two them just have a word with the restaurant staff and they will try to accommodate your needs and as for the food we went all inclusive and it was great ,now on to the rooms we had two one bedroom suites mine being 174 which was a perfect view of main pool and stage area so if you have small children you wont miss the night time shows ,then let me tell you about how clean the place is i only have one word PERFECT and the rooms are of a very high standard and our cleaner anna was amazing,we wil be coming back next year our stay was from 15-22 April 2024

What can I say, this place is our home from home, if we want a 5 day get away, then nothing better, than jumping on plane and heading to this place. Staff and Food always excellent, Drinks always good (although, I do think the self-serve at the pool bar should open earlier (9:30 Instead of 11am)

AMAZING!! Really would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are so friendly and really makes the holiday. The facilities are spot on and our 3 years old was always entertained. The all inclusive is amazing value for money. The food is spot on as well. The shuttle bus for the beach is well worth it as well; we did come home earlier and cost 8 Euros but that no problem at all - or it’s a 30 minute walk.
