Nice stay for a short break. Lovely pool area although sunbeds a bit worn. Friendly staff - especially at pool bar. Rooms could do with a refurbishment - no air con, only ceiling fan therefore room was very hot. I believe a gradual refurbishment of the blocks is taking place so hopefully this will be included.

The good: 👍
The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need.
The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty.
There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with.
Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant.
Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views.
The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated.
The bad:👎
Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom)
All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment.
Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Took a mother-daughter trip to this FANTASTIC hotel. The food was okay, with a wide selection to chose from. Incredible kids club, with the best Animation team who performed unique shows every night. Can't recommend them enough. Loved dancing by the pool each day and with two pools to choose from, there was guaranteed fun on the doorstep. One thing I didn't know before arriving is that Photo Paradise work within the hotel, a brilliant team of photographers with no upfront costs. They arranged a beautiful sunset photography session so we've been able to take away memories we can treasure for a lifetime. Definitely recommend booking in with them, with no upfront costs there's nothing to lose and you get full final say over which (if any) pictures you walk away with.

W lutym 2024 byłam już 2 raz w Park Club Europa,wcześniej 6 lat temu. Uwielbiam ten hotel, wystrój, roślinność typowy kanadyjski styl. Świetne położenie, w samym centrum, wszędzie blisko. W restauracji każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, w ciągu tygodnia aż 2 dni tematyczne z jedzeniem i piciem przy basenie. W barze najlepsza kawa. Czysto. Animacje rewelacyjne, pozdrawiamy Aleksa i jego ekipę i prosimy o Mamma Mia w pierwszym tygodniu lipca 2024 bo wracamy do Was kolejny raz - a uwielbiamy ten pokaz. Ania,Liwia i reszta rodziny.

Super séjour en familles . Nos enfants de 3 et 5 ans se sont éclatés avec la super équipe d’animation avec 3 animateurs qui parlent couramment français. Repas excellent varié et bien cuisiné et personnel très agréable. Hôtel très bien situé proche de plage et rue commerçante, mini golf, pharmacie… accolé à l’hôtel. Le microclimat est très bien même si le temps est nuageux, les températures sont agréables . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous n’avons qu’une envie recommencer 😋. Le seul bémol ce sont les cocktails qui ne sont pas extra mais boissons à volonté à toute heure .

Typical all inclusive resort. Luckily we got an upgrade to a family room near the sea water lagune. Rooms were good, beds comfortable. Cleaning has ignored our room for three days in the row-we had to remind them to clean. Food was not good at all. We ended up eating out. Really typical 3 stars all inclusive hotel.

La struttura è molto bella, l’animazione è coinvolgente e tutto lo staff è molto gentile e professionale. I fotografi di Photo Paradise all’interno della struttura, su nostra richiesta, ci hanno fatto un servizio fotografico su misura che ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella immortalando i momenti più belli e rendendoli indimenticabili.

Siamo venuti al park club con tutta la famiglia, eravamo in tantissimi e ci siamo divertiti. L'animazione ci ha fatto passare delle bellissime vacanze, sono stati super bravi, se non fosse stato per loro non sarebbe stato così coinvolgente! Un saluto a tutto lo staff, in particolare a Lucrezia, Fabio e Alex! A presto, torneremo:)

il mio soggiorno al park club europe e stato mediocre mi aspettavo qualcosa di piu. ristorante gavina chiuso. pulizia camera effettuata a volte la mattina a volte il pomeriggio. parti comuni non proprio ordinate.mangiare non proprio il massimo.unica cosa positiva vicino alla spiaggia e centri commerciali.il mio giudizio da 0 a 10 è di 5
