Park Club Europe - All Inclusive Resort

Nice stay for a short break. Lovely pool area although sunbeds a bit worn. Friendly staff - especially at pool bar. Rooms could do with a refurbishment - no air con, only ceiling fan therefore room was very hot. I believe a gradual refurbishment of the blocks is taking place so hopefully this will be included.

The good: 👍 The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need. The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty. There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with. Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant. Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views. The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated. The bad:👎 Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom) All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment. Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Week holiday. Hotel all inclusive, laguna beach apar**ent. So much choice of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner that everyone could find some tasty bites. Grill restaurant was 4 days closed but we could enjoy one evening and it was delicious. You can grab bottle of wine for dinner included in all inclusive. Swimming pool nice and clean. Laguna pool a bit cold but then quiet. Every night animation programs nice to see siping a drink. Animators are much active, friendly and supportive. Location of the hotel is great. 15 minutes walk to both grey and yellow beaches. Nice commercial area around. Free Parking sometimes difficult but always managed to find a space. Reception staff friendly and good English.
