The room's soundproofing was terrible, and the price was bad. There was no private beach, just a pretty pool for sunbathing.

We have been going to the Mediterranean Palace for 13 years (up to 3 times a year) and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The animation/ entertainment team…..Alejandro, David, Alejandro, Elsibetta, Betsida, Yani, Serijo, Orlando, Rosi, Didi, Virgilio, Axel, Maria, Ivana, Marina, Islander, Candy…..bar staff David, Ivan, Wilmer, Macarena, Papi, Laura, Martha, Carmen, Raquel, Khalid etc…..pool attendants Jesus, Ancor, Aaron, Bobby, can’t do enough for us and treat us like family always going above and beyond to make our holidays special ❤️ Special mention must go to the housekeeping, reception and maintenance staff too. Our 13 year old daughter has grew up with the staff and enjoys spending time with them She loves to dance to the Mare Nostrum dance at aqua gym every day of her holiday! Looking forward to our next stay at this beautiful hotel with the most amazing team…… The Dream Team

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at the Mediterranean Palace. I almost didn’t book this hotel because of some of the reviews, but I’m so glad we did. This hotel is perfectly set up for families with young children. The splash area is a huge bonus, alongside the little kids’ pool, and there’s also a brilliant kids’ club with its own soft play area. You can stay and play with your children or arrange for them to be looked after. It’s the most modern kids’ club I’ve seen, and the soft play area was a major hit with our toddler. The location is excellent—right on the beach and on the ‘Golden Mile,’ next to Hard Rock Cafe. There are plenty of lovely family-friendly restaurants on the doorstep, plus a little park nearby too. We stayed B&B, and breakfast was great, with lots of variety. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and because we booked directly with the hotel, they really went above and beyond for us. Finally, the nightly entertainment was really enjoyable. We booked a pool room, so once our little one was asleep, we could sit on the balcony and watch the entertainment, which was good for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This hotel falls well short of what you’d expect from a so-called 5-star all-inclusive — I would not recommend it. The biggest issue is the food. The buffet is poor quality and repetitive, with very limited real options, to the point where we felt forced to eat out most days despite paying for all-inclusive. There are only two other restaurants on site, and neither are actually included, which defeats the entire purpose. To make matters worse, the all-inclusive offering is restrictive. Basic things like snacks/chips by the pool aren’t included unless you pay extra, while other guests can access them — it feels misleading. A simple but telling detail: not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room, not even for the coffee machine. For a hotel claiming 5-star status, that’s unacceptable. Service was also disappointing. Front desk staff came across as rude and patronising, and when I raised a complaint, it wasn’t dealt with at all. Completely ignored. The only positive was that the bar staff were friendly — when the bar was actually open. Overall, poor food, weak all-inclusive offering, and subpar service. There are far better hotels in the area offering much better value for money.

I must admit I never say I would return to one specific hotel, but I definitely will be coming back to this one. Start off- champagne reception arrival, nice touch, however be aware if you are on a coach transfer the coach doesnt stop outside the hotel as there is a roundabout outside but its litteraly a 1 min walk. Hotel - very clean, nice decor to the rooms, plenty of lifts. Seating areas are beautiful, the shop is lovely and sells cakes , sandwiches, salads, local honeys all sorts, excellent if not HB or AI (which we were not) very reasonable prices. WiFi was EXCELLENT! never dropped even had it on the beach. Rooms- we were room 6068 top floor, no issues with waiting for lifts tbf. Rooms are nicely decorated, very clean, Rooms were cleaned every day. Could see Tiede and the Ocean from our balcony. Hairdryers in Rooms, tea and coffee, fridge with 3 bottles of water and a free safe. English channels on the TV. Showers were very powerful and never lost their temperature. Beds were huge, no horrible join in the middle, very comfy, comfy pillows. Kids bed had a cute dressing gown and a welcome box which was a lovely surprise. Food-only went B&B l, I always like to eat outside, so plenty of room to do this, queues at busiest times were minimal, and if you wanted sit outside you could go straight outside. The choices for breakfast were some of the best Ive had, freshly squeezed OJ, champagne, fresh salmon, avocado, English sausages, different egg and omelette choices, beautiful bao bun options, pancakes, waffles, pasteies and more, catered for everyone's needs. Pool- huge pool area, bit chilly but it was April, access to Cleopatra hotel through the hotel so choice of pools. Only negative was you were not allowed to play with a pool in the main pool, or have floats, you could in the little side pool, and the lifeguards were a bit pushy on this. Bar by the pool served all drinks and food, no issue if you wanted take food down to the pool, lovely and reasonably priced ice creams. Plenty of sunbeds, you get pool towels, as always some people must get up very early and secure the best beds but I like a lie in and still got good sunbeds, comfy sunbeds as well. Entertainment- day time, they never stopped, big inflatable courses, funny dance aqua aerobics, volleyball, darts, you name it, they worked very hard and it was always great. Night time entertainment, I didnt see any as we went out at night, but it was on every night. Location- Big reason to return. Great location, beach entrance from the pool area, lovely beach. Right next to hard rock cafe, they had great bands for free on the terrace at night, and TBH one of the best live bands I have ever watched! Playing Metallica and iron Maiden, even if you dont like rock you would be amazed. The fountains across from hard rock, every cuisine you could want within a 2 min walk, great sports bars, McDonald's 5 mins to the right, lots and lots of shopping, but nice shops, big Zara, Lacoste, jewelery shops

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 10-night stay at the Mediterranean Palace Hotel and had a truly relaxing time. This was our second visit since the renovations, and I’m very happy to say that the teething issues we experienced previously have now been resolved. We would definitely return. The pool area is a real highlight. The pool bar now offers a much more extensive food menu, which is a great addition. Drinks were excellent throughout – a full bar, well-made cocktails, and particularly lovely sangria jugs that we enjoyed more than once during our stay! One small observation: there’s currently no waiter service to the sunbeds, so you need to queue at the bar for food and drinks. While not a major issue (a definite “first world problem”), many 5-star hotels we’ve stayed in around Costa Adeje do offer this, and it would really elevate the overall experience. The atmosphere around the pool was fantastic – great entertainment and plenty of people-watching! My daughter was especially entertained spotting a few influencers staying at the hotel. There’s loads going on during the day too, from aqua aerobics and dance classes to darts and table tennis. Our kids (13 and 14) really enjoyed it, and from speaking to other guests, the kids’ club is apparently one of the best around. The location is one of the main reasons we keep coming back – it’s absolutely ideal. We stayed B&B as there are so many great restaurants and bars nearby, along with excellent shopping options. We also attended the History Show, which was fantastic – truly West End quality. Hotel guests get a discount (as do children under 14), and it’s well worth booking. Just note it’s on Saturday nights only and seating is unassigned, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. Our room, while on the smaller side, was very comfortable. We had an interconnecting family room which worked perfectly. The bathroom was modern, and the shower had great pressure – always a plus! The only ongoing frustration for us is the lack of complimentary water. We received bottles on the first night, but had to purchase water each day after that. Many hotels now provide refillable carafes or water stations on each floor, which feels both more sustainable and more in line with a 5-star experience. Overall, a fantastic stay with clear improvements since our last visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Mediterranean Palace H10 from 15th-20th March to celebrate my mum’s 50th birthday, and unfortunately the experience did not live up to expectations, particularly given the hotel’s 5* rating and price point. Overall, the standard felt below what I would expect from a hotel of this category. The rooms were adequate but fairly on the smaller side given the price point, with only shower facilities and no bath, which was disappointing for a supposedly premium offering. Beyond this, the room didn’t have any milk for the tea and coffee. There were no other amenities in the room. The one good thing about the room was storage - it was smartly designed. Looking out of the room we could see the Cleopatra Hotel (which looks nice) but underneath was our hotels derelict (quite eerie to be honest) mini gold course. It was a bit of an eyesore. There are some positives worth noting. The poolside facilities are genuinely good, with a pleasant atmosphere and well-maintained areas that make it easy to relax during the day. Staff are generally friendly and the hotel and facilities are pretty clean. However, several aspects significantly detracted from the stay. Breakfast was particularly frustrating, queues were excessive, especially considering the hotel advertises three restaurants but appeared to only utilise one. The layout of the breakfast stations was also disjointed and illogical, making the experience feel unnecessarily chaotic. Information regarding the spa facilities was confusing and at times misleading, particularly around pricing, which did not appear to be up to date. More generally, signage throughout the hotel could be improved, as it was not always easy to navigate. Another notable issue was the gym. While the hotel advertises having one, we were informed upon arrival to the facility that access required an additional fee. This is the first time I’ve encountered this at any hotel, let alone one marketed as 5*. The hotel notes it has a spa, which would be ideal to use given some of the poorer weather. This isn’t in the hotel but in another hotel. On arriving it appears this has to be booked far in advance but this isn’t made clear when we checked in. We were given a leaflet at check-in for a discount if booking into one of the hotel restaurants. Despite trying this, none of the codes on the leaflets to book worked, which wasn’t ideal. Most disappointing, however, was how the hotel handled a special occasion. We had informed them months in advance that we were visiting for my mum’s 50th birthday. My brother even made arrangements with staff to organise a surprise at breakfast. We were given instructions to present a slip to staff and wait, but nothing happened. No acknowledgement, no follow-up, and no explanation. This was a real let-down and left a poor impression. The staff in the restaurant just told us to sit down and nothing happened. Given the price paid, I would not choose to stay here again. I’ve experience
