A éviter absolument, Un bruit de fou. Juste à côté d’un bar qui fait des concerts tout les soirs jusqu’à 3h du matin. Impossible de dormir. A ne surtout pas y mettre les pieds si vous ne voulez pas gâcher vos vacances. Des chambres vraiment banal avec la télé qui ne fonctionne pas. Un enfer

Séjour en All inclusive et en chambre PRIVILEGE. Nous étions au 4ème étage avec vue sur mer. Aucun problème rencontré durant notre séjour. L'accueil est spécialisé pour le service « Privilège » Trop rapide. Tout est bien expliqué et en français. Une infrastructure très bien agencée. Un excellent restaurant Japonais que je recommande. La propreté est parfaite. Le restaurant est bien achalandé. Des chambres très modernes, un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle avec salle de bains-douche et très bien entretenue. La literie est très bonne. Machine à café genre Nespresso. Coffre-fort gratuit. (caution de 10 euros). Frigo mais fourni qu’une seule fois par semaine. Pour le service Privilège, un espace est réservé au 4ème étage avec des sièges, un « jacuzzi » et un service « bar » où l’on se sert soit même. TV et WIFI gratuit de très bonne qualité. Le late check-out peut éventuellement être demandé en service Privilège. Voir si disponibilité. La situation permet à la fois de se balader à pied sur la promenade bord de mer accessible de l'hôtel et dans les environs une multitude de magasins. -- Félicitations pour tout le personnel et la direction qui dirige cet hôtel d’exception. Nous avions également la carte de fidélité Club H10 ayant déjà séjourné au H10 Conquistador à Tenerife notamment. Que je conseille aussi vivement. Ce qui nous permet de connaître d’autres hôtels de ce groupe.
