Food services was 2/5, wellness studio on the territory of hotel 1/5, and cleaning was randomly on some days, sometimes no cleaning for 2 or 3 days. Personal service as a help on reception was great and some evening shows also.

Close to the Airport, Busstop to the Airport is only 3 minutes away, Breakfast very nice, Dinner there is still room for improvement. Rooms looks a little bit old, but very comfortable. The Hotel stuff very Friendly.

the hotel is big and crowded. the outside door did not lock properly and the balcony door was also broken. was unsafe. breakfast was excellent, all options.

been twice before and loved it but this time horrendous upon arrival was given wrong room we unpacked but phoned reception that the room was not a premium room they rang back and said they had given us the wrong room time we moved again we missed dinner ,well this premium room which we payed alot more for was awful nothing like the photos shown on site,the balcony, paint was falling of the ceiling it was all over never cleaned,patio doors wouldnt lock,dado rails were all split,grout around patio doors,broken tiles on balcony.only 2 channels on tv,maid service wasnt the best and the worst was checking out we were getting picked up at 6 in the evening so asked if we could keep room no,asked for another room no,asked for any facilities to get a shower and get changed no only thing they had was a little out building male and female toilets as entering the smell was awful as they had been used all day by holiday makers had to get a chair to put our bags on as the floor was wet with yes you guessed it ,there was a little shower in the corner the holder was broke so you had to hold the shower head and get washed with one hand it was disgusting mould all over shower cubicle as you have guessed no way i would return got compensation of jet2 so all in all paid £178 each for this premium room nothing like the pictures

So we stayed here before and the food was only the disappointing thing, however this time we have really changed our minds. Firstly not impressed with TUI waiting until a week before to let us know about the building work. It was quite loud and we had a baby with us so spent most days out walking around. We arrived quite like at around 1.45am. we had emailed the hotel and TUI requesting a cot for the baby and room 758 as we stayed in this last time. We were allocated room 306 which didn't even look like it was ready for us. Furniture missing, no cot, no bed runners. We were exhausted so just went to bed. Next morning went to reception to ask about the cot. The staff were apologetic and friendly but I did have to ask 4 times and get the rep involved before the cot came to the room. The main let down is the cleaners for the rooms. Never have I been away to a hotel before where the cleaners are this bad. Bins left somedayd, sheets never changed floors never mopped, balcony never touched and ashtrays not emptied. We were left without toilet paper on 2 occasions. I also found it really wierd how late the cleaners tend to come round. The overall room we had was dated. Only one plug worked. The grouting in the bathroom was absolutely filthy. The shower leaked. The floors are uneven. It just seems to have gone so downhill. The pool area and reception and resteraunt are all lovely and clean but the rooms let it down. Also no ramps to lower levels where pool and resteraunt are so had to carry the pram down steps. Not great if I wanted to go out on my own with the baby. Food has improved but they need a kids section or a theme night. Juices for breakfast tasted chemically and the coffee isn't great. The pool bar and snack bar was good value for money and food was quite nice from here. Location is good, bit of a hill down to the beach however it's manageable. Entertainment has also gone downhill. Not the worst hotel but shabby rooms. The staff are nice and friendly but we won't be returning.
