been twice before and loved it but this time horrendous upon arrival was given wrong room we unpacked but phoned reception that the room was not a premium room they rang back and said they had given us the wrong room time we moved again we missed dinner ,well this premium room which we payed alot more for was awful nothing like the photos shown on site,the balcony, paint was falling of the ceiling it was all over never cleaned,patio doors wouldnt lock,dado rails were all split,grout around patio doors,broken tiles on balcony.only 2 channels on tv,maid service wasnt the best and the worst was checking out we were getting picked up at 6 in the evening so asked if we could keep room no,asked for another room no,asked for any facilities to get a shower and get changed no only thing they had was a little out building male and female toilets as entering the smell was awful as they had been used all day by holiday makers had to get a chair to put our bags on as the floor was wet with yes you guessed it ,there was a little shower in the corner the holder was broke so you had to hold the shower head and get washed with one hand it was disgusting mould all over shower cubicle as you have guessed no way i would return got compensation of jet2 so all in all paid £178 each for this premium room nothing like the pictures
