Beautiful hotel, food excellent, fab location, lovely staff. Close walk to nightlife. Branded drinks with great measures.

This hotel is barely a 4 star. Its a lilttle run down due to its waterfront location. Staff are ok- waiting or just not getting things is normal here- can't complain about everything it just puts a damper. Website was very misleading- below expectations. Nice promenade along waterfront, had a great meal at Sirena.

My partner and I stayed here for 2weeks from 14th to 28th May and can honestly say it is a lovely hotel.Great location,staff all friendly and great service,rooms spotless.Entertainment was different every night and not repeated 2nd week.Lifts took ages but you get that in most hotels.The only 2 minor ******* are the room was small and the food could sometimes be a bit hotter at times but it wasn't a big issue.,would definately recommend it.

Spent 7 nights at this hotel and we had a fabulous time .its location was perfect for us as it was very central. I would have no hesitation in returning to both the H10 Conquistador and Teneriffe in the near future .

Prima hotel. Locatie is super. De bedden mogen van ons wel een upgrade gebruiken. Bijvoorbeeld een topper op de matrassen zou een goede oplossing zijn. Voor mensen met rugklachten is dit een MUST. Verder zou ik de karaoke avond splitsen in de middag voor de kinderen en ‘s Avonds voor de ouderen. Het is wat rommelig. Verder zijn de animaties goed leuke programma’s.

Just back from the H10 Conquistador such a beatiful hotel. Food was lovely - great variety offered and different themed nights so the food is not repetitive. Fantastic location right on the beach front which is completely flat for walking. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Very clean. Beatiful sea view balcony. Staff are fantastic. All Inclusive was brilliant. Can't wait to return.

Upon arrival we did think the room and the balcony were small and the lighting very dim. However as for the rest of the hotel experience I can only say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Choice of food was exceptional, the bar serving branded drinks not local stuff The entertainment at night was quality. Location of the hotel is adjacent to the beach. All said a fantastic experience, well done to everyone involved in a wonderful stay.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au H10 Conquistador. Nous avions pris l’option « privilège » ce qui nous a permis d’avoir des choses en plus comme l’accès à la terrasse du 6ème, jacuzzi, Spa de l’hôtel… L’hôtel est très propre,nous avons toujours trouvé une place sur les transats au bord de la piscine avec une préférence pour la piscine « adult only » qui était chauffée et face à la mer. Les deux bémols concernent : la nourriture qui était pour moi un peu en dessous de ce que je m’attendais. La paella était malheureusement pas bonne, et beaucoup trop de fruit en sirop (peu de fruit frais). L’accès aux restaurants de l’hôtel qui sont fermés chacun 2 soirs par semaine. De ce fait nous avons pu faire qu’un seul restaurant alors qu’avec. L’accès privilège s’était 4. Pour finir, je remercie l’ensemble du staff( femme de ménage, accueille, bar,restaurant,photographe …)de l’hôtel qui a toujours été très aimable,souriant. Hâte de tester les autres hôtels du groupe!
