Ik kom hier al 10 jaar de mensen die hier werken de staff de receptie de animatie de mensen in het restaurant maken dragen het hotel . Je voelt je altiid welkom De ligging is geweldig. Je hebt verschillende zwembaden ,sinds 2 jaar heeft het hotel een infinity pool erbij met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Het hotel ligt centraal bij de winkels en restaurants . Sinds kort is het restaurant verbouwd , daarnaast heeft het hotel verschillende restaurants een steakhouse, Japans, Italiaans. . It feels like my second home.

Top, restaurant keuken elke dag wat nieuws. De kamers bedden, douches proper zoals het hoort. Vriendelijk personeel. Zelfs Nederlands sprekende aan de balie. We kwamen niets te kort. S'avonds door het hotel ook steeds een thema avond. We komen zeker terug.

3 40-somethings seeking a long weekend break involving sun, relaxation, good food & a right good laugh! H10 Conquistador did not disappoint. Cannot fault the staff or the hotel, so clean , attentive staff and special mention to Pedro on the van at the ‘adult only’ drink and snacks van - super friendly and gave us lots of good chat!

Małe pokoje. Przy dostawce dla 3 osoby spory problem z poruszaniem się. Szafa wąska i krótka, jak na koszule. Długie sukienki czy spodnie wisiały w łazience. Jedzenie dobre, urozmaicone. Choć bardzo dużo masówki z podajników, dozowników. Kawa (napój) rozpuszczalna z automatów. Rano tylko poza hotelem można się napić prawdziwej kawy z ekspresu. Baseny czyste, zadbane. Ale za ręcznik 15€ kaucja. Zdjęcia w ofercie mocno podkręcone kolorystycznie. Podsumowując zbyt drogi jak na to co oferuje.

Just back after a week of staying at this hotel. Enjoyed every min of it, entertainment was wonderful especially the Tuesday night 😊 the 3 amazing singers were outstanding.. Couldn't fault any of the entertainment staff... The kids entertainers went above and beyond and they kids really couldn't enjoy themself anymore.. Buffet food.. We went half board, we did find some of the nights quite hard to get something we would like, some of the dishes were very unusal but they do try their best to cater to everyone... 1 thing I noticed is the glasses for breakfast at the buffet table beside the smoothies were dirty and very dusty unfortunately.. Had a hard time finding a clean glass most mornings.. But staff were all helpful and easy to approach.. Half board get a kettle free but have to ask for it, and had to ask twice, same with cups and a spoon.. I had a problem keeping the cup and tea spoon lol... I think the maid (who was also amazing) took the spoon and cup on separate mornings so spent a few days trying to keep these things 😂 Anyway no big issues... Fabulous stay, staff, entertainment would stay again.. Thankyou again.. C x

Privilege room!! definitely worth it!! restocked fridges everyday!! Upon late arrival, we were greeted by happy smiley friendly staff, missed our evening meal so we were provided with sandwiches!!☺️ cleaners, came round everyday and made our beds, provided us with fresh towels and never failed to stop to speak to us… today we booked an Italian downstairs when we were greeted by Denise who went above and beyond, she made conversations with us, was happy and smiley, she was so enthusiastic about her job, what a wonderful lady🥰

The hotel was very good, the food is also very tasty and Dylano from reception helped us with everything, he is a great person and a sweet person, and Loli is very friendly and helpful, always have a laugh with her.
