Die Beeinträchtigung der Hotelgäste durch jugendliche Sauftouristen war im Oktober 2023 nicht mehr in so großem Ausmaß zu spüren, wie im April 2023. Hoffentlich bleibt es so und man kann wieder den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel genießen. Leider ist es jedoch noch immer nicht gelungen, die Kleiderordnung zum Abendessen durchzusetzen. Vor dem Restaurant steht eine Tafel, die anzeigt, was erlaubt ist und was nicht. Es werden aber weiterhin Herren mit Badehosen und Flip-Flops zum Essen durchgelassen. Das ist für mich nicht akzeptabel. Auch vollkommen Betrunkene am Nebentisch zu sehen, ist nicht gerade wünschenswert. Was außerdem zu bemängeln ist, sind die Sessel auf der Terrasse. Viele davon sind total durchgesessen und haben tiefe Ausbuchtungen in der Sitzfläche. Das führt dazu, das die ersten Gäste mehr Kissen auf die Sessel legen und andere Gäste ohne Kissen auf einer defekten Sitzfläche Platz nehmen müssen. Das ist in einem 4-Sterne Hotel nicht in Ordnung. Frühstück und Abendessen ist reichhaltig und es ist sicher für jeden Gast etwas dabei. Personal im Restaurant, Bar und Rezeption trotz der schweren Arbeit immer freundlich und herzlich. Da ich schon 35 Jahre hier meine Urlaube verbringe, kenne ich viele Mitarbeiter schon sehr lange und das ist ein Grund, dass ich trotz einiger Beanstandungen immer wieder komme. Ich hoffe aber trotzdem, dass das Riu Bravo in naher Zukunft wieder die Qualität bietet, wie man sie gewöhnt war.

Excellent hotel avec piscine jacuzzi et spa. Des restaurants avec des buffets conséquents. Tout est all inclusive, très bonne adresse.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! NOT ALL INCLUSIVE!!!! This is NOT an all inclusive hotel. Recently booked with Tui for a weeks stay in the Riu Bravo hotel with my family on an all inclusive board basis. On arrival at check in I was informed that the booking was for all inclusive not including alcohol!!!!! This hotel is a full board hotel and NOT an all inclusive one. This is apparently due to Spanish law. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be aware prior to booking this hotel that it does not offer an all inclusive board basis. Despite having raised the issue with Tui the hotel is still listed and comes up as an all inclusive hotel on searching and filtering. Since returning Tui have amended their website to make the alcohol issue a bit clearer.

To be brief, first class, food was great, room, although on the front, was really comfortable, staff were attentive and helpful. Having read the previous reviews, we were aware of the late night revellers, Friday night was the worse, all night long,till 6.30 am. But the hotel has no control over that, just lads night out!! One last thing, no fighting over SunBeds!! We have never seen so many, even tho still had the early morning Cowboys, with the towels?

From the first minute we walked into the hotel, until we left, we felt welcome. The hotel was spotless, the room was very comfortable, the food was excellent and the staff so helpful. We didn’t experience any excessive noise during our stay from within or outside the hotel. It was well placed for access to the surrounding area and road network across the island. We had a lovely time, thank you.

Nur 200 Meter entfernt vom langen Sandstrand der Playa de Palma und der wunderschönen Promenade, ideal für Spaziergänge oder Rad fahren. Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man Palma ebenso rasch erreichen kann. Es gibt zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen, die laden zum Shoppen, chillen und feiern ein.Diverse Künstler sorgen regelmäßig für eine angenehme Abendunterhaltung.

The air conditioner didn’t work in my room. The concierge told me they would send someone “later”. After an hour no one had been there. So I told them that I’d like to sleep after a long trip from the Middle East. I waited another hour. Then they told me that the AC was broken ( what a surprise) so I got another room. I tested the AC and that one didn’t work either. So I went down again to the reception telling them that this one didn’t work as well. Instead of being embarrassed for offering me the second room which needs maintenance I was treated as if I was the problem. The third room after 4 hours of waiting had a working AC.
The food is really not high quality and I couldn’t eat much of the lunch cause it was just not bearable.

Das Hotel insgesamt war sehr angenehm:
gute Restaurants, sehr nette Personal.
Aber:
die Wände sind schlecht gedämmt und wenn Nachbar die Tür schliesst, hört man sehr deutlich. Und wenn paar Gäste Mitte der Nacht raus und reingehen, wird man schnell wach.
