Everything's all right. Hotel clean and staff friendly. The only minus is the lack of water in the room, no kettle for making tea, disposable slippers and a sewing kit... :(

We loved the hotel, Pools were good, room was great, comfy bed, entertainment OK. Food was good, nice lounge bar. The big but was the drinks policy, we booked all inclusive but we were not allowed alcohol apart from dreadful wine in a beaker at meal times. You could not buy a nice wine and take in into the restaurant. I think the local area has drinking issues as just down the road were about 1000 germans drinking a LOT of beer!!! It was so loud and quite intimidating. We dont blame the hotel but you need to be ready for it. Overall it is a nice area but I think the drink culture is a bit of an issue.

Reception applied all My requests to be fair to them The rooms are clean and beds are comfy and sheets are clean Food in the restaurants was of good standard and choice was great and plentiful Staff in the restaurants were rather rude and abrupt -we did complain and after this they seemed to improve in general other than the odd couple who appeared to have beef with our group!!!! But to any English travellers … this hotel is full of German groups of prodininatly men who are very nosey run up and down the corridors at all hours of the night and the hotel is in the main German quarter with rowdy pubs and clubs One of our party was approached and nearly lost her handbag to a pick pocket !!! That wasn’t very pleasant Overall this hotel is great if you’re German!!!!-

On arrival the reception team were very inviting and humourous which was a nice welcome. Very happy with the room spacious and modern design. Hotel situated less than 10 mins from beach and not too far from Palma for shopping . Wide variety of food when you first arrive but by the end of your stay you are seeing the same things. Staff at restaurants very accommodating and attentive they really do work hard. If you are looking for a quiet tranquil area then this may not be your choice of location. The only negative all inclusive you are restricted with your alcohol and have to pay so it is not really AI . The airport is less than 10 mins away

Hotel con unas instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y amplias, habitaciones muy confortables y en general todas sus estancias están muy bien cuidadas y limpias, personal agradable y resolutivo. En mi opinión está demasiado orientado al turista extranjero, la comida es algo repetitiva y no mucha variedad, otro inconveniente es que el café del Bufet es intomable y no había la posibilidad de hacer un desayuno con un buen café de máquina. También encontramos a faltar una simple botella de agua en la habitación, puedo entender que no ofrezcan alcohol o bebidas azucaradas, sin embargo una simple botella de agua sería de agradecer ya que la que ofrecen en el comedor y el bar no se puede tomar, por lo que te obliga a comprar en el exterior agua a diario, lo comento como una crítica constructiva no para perjudicar.

Een eerlijk 4*-hotel op een boogscheut van luchthaven. Vriendelijk ontvangst en snelle service bij het inchecken. De kamers zijn ruim en goed onderhouden en zeer netjes. Het eten is 4* waardig maar moet je er ook niet van verwachten. Het feit dat het geen “echte” all in meer is maakt dat het op het einde van de rit toch nog duur uitvalt als je alcoholische dranken wil consumeren in het hotel. Op wandelafstand van de boulevard wat het hotel een meerwaarde geeft qua ligging.

Très grand hôtel, très bien, hyper propre avec ascenseurs pour desservir les chambres.j'y ai passé un agréable séjour,je recommande vivement l'emplacement au millieu de nombreux complexes hôteliers et tout près de la plage,300 m près des arrêts autobus qui mènent à Palma très rapidement.idealement situé, quartier très animé, nombreux restaurants et commerces.de plus juste en face des loueurs de vélo .un joli parc en remontant vers le feu tricolore. les personnes qui travaillent à l'hôtel sont très à l'écoute et aimables même si comme moi je ne parle langue.

Mi sono trovato molto bene . Devo dire però che avevo effettuato una prenotazione presso l' hotel Riu Festival, ma una volta giunto alla reception, mi dissero che mi avevano spostato qui , e per scusarsi della molestia, mi offrivano il trattamento all inclusive. ho apprezzato molto l offerta vegetariana della cucina , personale molto preparato e gentile , pulizia accurata , camera molto bella. Posizione dell' hotel comoda per gite in bicicletta e per l'autobus. Ho avuto modo anche di allenare il mio parlare Spagnolo con il personale. Spero di tornare con mio figlio o con amici .
