The middle-aged foreign man at the front desk had a very poor service attitude and did not treat customers with respect. Here is the whole story: 1. Our friend was unable to check in at another hotel, so he put his luggage in our room and went into our room with us to discuss the itinerary. During this period, he did not infringe on anyone else’s privacy. However, when he entered, the front desk did not check in. We were told that outsiders were not allowed to enter the room area, and we were not stopped when our friends entered. 2. After arriving at the room, the front desk called my friend several times to ask him to come down. If he wanted to stay, he had to check in. His tone was very strong. I have never seen such a bad attitude. He didn't give me any chance to speak and kept repeating "must be". down here, must be must be, otherwise call the police and hang up, giving us the worst customer experience. 3. After we went down, we were going to go to the front desk to make it clear to him. As a result, this middle-aged man started quarreling with us. He was very emotional and told our friend to get out. He even yelled at him and even rushed outside to grab his mobile phone. . To sum up, I will not come back to this hotel again and highly recommend it. I have never stayed in a hotel with such a bad and unreasonable attitude.

Grade (April 2024) zu Hause angekommen, möchte ich direkt dieses tolle Hotel bewerten. Wir hatten über die Homepage direkt ein Doppel- und ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles war so, wie es sein sollte um einen perfekten und leider viel zu kurzen Urlaub geniessen zu können. Bereits zur Ankunft wurden wir mit einem strahlenden lächeln begrüsst und egal, mit welcher Person des Hotels wir Kontakt hatten….ALLE waren freundlich, lächelten und waren einfach perfekte Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns als Gäste zu jeder Zeit herzlich willkommen. Es gab morgens und abends ein hervorragendes Buffet mit täglich wechselndem Angebot. Die Preise an der Bar waren ebenfalls absolut im Rahmen. Das Hotel bietet ebenfalls diverse Massagen an. Meine Frau und ich haben uns jeder eine 60minütige Anti-Stress-Massage gegönnt, die wirklich jeden Stress vergessen liess. Danach kurz in den Pool des Hotels und mit ein/zwei Cocktails auf eine der Liegen im Aussenbereich. DAS ist Urlaub! Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut perfekt. In zweiter Lage zum Strand und wer es etwas lauter und wilder mag, der ist nach 15 Minuten Fussmarsch mitten drin im Partygetummel. Es war so schön, dass ich direkt für Mai 2025 erneut gebucht habe. TOP- Empfehlung!!!

Alles Top! Bis auf das der Speisesaal im Keller ist....Freundliches Personal, Essen prima. Würde es weiterempfehlen. Lage zwischen 8 und 9....Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war hervorragend. Werde auf jeden Fall noch mal buchen. Weiter sooooo.....

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura per 5 giorni e siamo stati davvero bene. L’appartamento abbastanza grande con tutte le comodità di cui dovrebbe disporre un appartamento (bello il fatto che mettano a disposizione shampoo e bagno doccia). Molto belle le piscine e molto comoda la reception aperta 24h. Personale molto disponibile e simpatico (complimenti alla ragazza del bar presente la mattina, sempre allegra e solare!). Unica pecca a parte il capello sopra il cuscino…non c’è il bidet :(

Booked about a week before departure having found a good offer for night and breakfast in a room with side sea view (from 4th to 8th September), we arrived around 2pm and the room was already ready (check-in would have been from 3pm ), being on the 6th floor (obviously with a lift), the view was crazy over the Playa de S'Arenal, especially in the evening at sunset, it was perfect for drinking a beer on the terrace. Cozy room, a little dated but with everything you needed (including a mini bar to keep drinks cold), a renovated bathroom with a really large shower, the only flaw was that we had asked for a double bed but we were given 2 single beds which however they always tended to open). Breakfast in the morning was more savory than sweet but we always found what we wanted. Swimming pool used "by mistake" on the last day as well as the hotel bar, however both were good. Excellent location and free parking in front (we had a rental scooter and we always found a place, perhaps it would have been more complicated by car). Excellent cleanliness of the rooms, never found any sand and towels always changed when requested. Friendly and always available staff. Advised
