The hotel pool is nice, with indoor and outdoor facilities, but when we went, the weather was still a bit cold, so it was useless. The room was clean, with a balcony, and it was very close to places to eat on foot.

The swimming pool is really ugly. The sink can't be closed. I can't even wash my clothes. There are no quilts and only sheets. No one comes up to deliver it to the front desk three times. I brought it myself.

Absolutely fantastic ! Staff is just amazing from reception, housekeeping to all kitchen and canteen employees- friendly, kind, very attentive, helpful, smily and caring. We had a half board option and out of many hotels we stayed in recent years this one beats them all - so much choice of food, everything fresh, organic coffee, fried eggs or meat cooked to your preference! Great choices to accommodate anyone. Exceptional waiting and kitchen staff !!! Bus stop right on the front of the hotel connecting Palma City and Airport. Will definitely come back there in the future ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Super séjour. L’ensemble du personnel sans exception est vraiment au top. L’établissement et les chambres sont très propres. L’hôtel est idéalement placé à côté de la plage et des commerces. Le buffet est de qualite ce qui est très appréciable. Au horaire de pointe il faut compter 30 minutes à voiture pour aller à Palma mais sinon en a peine 20 minutes nous y sommes. Sinon un bus est juste à côté de l’hôtel. Prêt de serviette de plage. Parking disponible pour 20€/ jrs. Parking et atelier à vélo. Les infrastructures sont toutes très bien (salle de sport, piscine intérieur qui est accessible aux enfants mais pourtant assez calme…) Si nous devions donner des points de progressions sans pour autant avoir eu un impact négatif sur notre séjour. Nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi l’eau est payante au dîner alors que la même eau filtrée est mise à disposition gratuitement dans le reste de l’hôtel. De même les softs sont à volonté et gratuit au petit déjeuner mais payant au dîner … Dommage que les techniciens débutent le travail très tôt (nettoyage piscine, travaux) vers 7:00 ce qui fait du bruit un peu trop tôt le matin en vacances.
