Hot weather, no air conditioning. After negotiating with the front desk, the attitude was bad and no electric fans were provided. The room is old and the equipment is seriously damaged! Everyone, be safe from lightning!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super nicht mal 10 min mit dem auto, parken, einkaufen ,essen gehen usw ist alles zu fuss möglich, das Frühstück ist für den preis auch super sehr viel Auswahl, jedoch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist eine Katastrophe staub überall flecken im Badezimmer die duschköpfe sind völlig ekelhaft das waschbecken war auch noch komplett mit flecken bedeckt und im Wc sind braune spuren gewesen , auf der oberen bett leiste sind überall weiße flecken kaugumis oder Rotzspuren da sollte mal wircklich was geändert werden.

I don't recommend this hotel due to the drunk Germans making noise all night long. They were loud and disruptive, and we couldn't sleep properly. Really annoying and frustrating. Otherwise, the rooms are clean, and the staff is great. It's unfortunate that such a nice hotel experience is ruined by this issue. If the hotel could address this problem, it would be a fantastic place to stay. However, until then, I can't recommend it.

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.
