Hot weather, no air conditioning. After negotiating with the front desk, the attitude was bad and no electric fans were provided. The room is old and the equipment is seriously damaged! Everyone, be safe from lightning!

Schönes, komfortables, günstiges Hotel in 3. Reihe zum Playa.
War schön mehrmals in der Vor- oder Nachsaison dort.
Idealer Ausgangspunkt um mit einem Mietwagen die Insel zu erkunden.
Öffentliche Parkplätze sind zu der Zeit in der Nähe genügend verfügbar.
Verpflegung (Frühstück) ist für meinen Geschmack top👍.
Einzig die Aufzüge sind schon immer gewöhnungsbedürftig 😳.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 🤗

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I am very satisfied. The room was bright and clean, the beds comfortable and the bathroom modern. The staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. I only had breakfast and that was delicious and varied. The only thing was the cappuccino from the machine that was already pre-sweetened and I didn't like it - please leave out the sugar.

+nice and clean hotel +location (close to Mercadona,bus stop,car rental,beach) +tasty food +friendly staff +possibility of booking sightseeing trips in the hotel +very nice,decent size balconies -german tourists oriented hotel (mostly german tv channels) -lots of loud Germans drinking from the very morning,playing german music from portable speakers beside the outdoor pool and no staff telling them to turn it down -poor lifts (small,one breaking very often,hard to get during dinner times) -very poor airconditioning (the temperature in my room was 25,5-26,5 degrees C although I kept setting it to 21-22,had to sleep with open balcony door) -you have to pay for any beverages when having dinner which was not mentioned when booking stay including food

Everything was good except the indoor pool wich water was a bit cold and the hottub wasnt turned on.
