Never come to this hotel unless you want to be cheated, abused and discriminated against! The old man on duty at night was very rude and abusive and told us to get lost and called us *****es 🤡 He even gave us the middle finger and tried to beat up two of us girls. We called the police that night but the Spanish police didn't come at all. The hotel was horrible and our lives were in danger.
He signed us up for a tour but didn't give us the tickets and promised us a refund over the phone, but when we got back the old man told us to get lost. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

The beds were comfortable, but most of all we were impressed with the cleanlyness and the speed the rooms were made up as well as the friendly staff. The food is varied, fresh, very well cooked and presented, as well as replenished rapidly when even half empty. You can mot fault the desserts either. Be it cakes, ice cream or fresh fruit. The wines very drinkable. We had a super time and our expectations were fully met and exceeded. We would come back any time!

Excelente hotel con buenas habitaciones, limpias y funcionales. Ubicado cerca de la playa, con buena combinación de autobuses y fácil de aparcar cuando alquilas un vehículo. El personal en general es muy amable y atento, te ayudan en todo. El desayuno y la cena son variados y saludables orientados a cocina más bien internacional. Por ponerle un pero, yo diría que faltarían algunos platos más autóctonos de las islas y de cocina española. Y lo mejor, los buenos ratos que pasamos por la tarde en el spa.

Our final day today after a wonderful 4 night stay. The hotel is well placed for accessing the beach and a bus stop is right outside to take you to Palma, only 10 minutes away. The rooms are small, however havr everything you need. We wanted a kettle for a morning tea and one was provided straight away. Lovely pool and outside bar area. The staff are exceptionally helpful nothing is too much trouble. The food is wonderful, with a great selection of dishes to suit all palettes. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We look forward to staying here again.
