In winter and off-season, it is best to drive to this hotel. Because it is far away from the city and not close to the seaside. We came during the Chris**as period. After the 24th, the only supermarket nearby was closed. It was very inconvenient if we wanted to buy something. This is an older resort. The facilities are a bit like domestic sanatoriums in the early 1980s, but the hygiene is okay and the restaurant is delicious. There is a large balcony, which is very convenient for sunbathing.

Great hotel, very good facilities, can't get enough of it. About ten minutes from the beach, there is a large supermarket at the door. There are some minor drawbacks, we slept above the restaurant and it was a bit noisy during breakfast in the morning. In addition, I was only given one bottle of water during my two-day stay. If I wanted to ask for an extra bottle, I was not given one. As for breakfast, Chinese people are not used to it, so it is recommended not to spend this money. I will probably stay here again next time I come.

Wonderful, beautiful resort! Great service, good food, great location, nice rooms, great spa and pools. The biggest negative was the lack of a dimmer switch or nightlight in the bathroom. If you have to get up in the middle of the night, your only option was pitch black or a painfully blinding light. Such a simple thing, but it would have made such a huge difference. The other negative was the lack of wash cloths. Not sure how people get clean over there, but wash cloths are a pretty critical shower/makeup removal item.

Super Hôtel à Playa de Palma !! 10 min à pied de la plage ... chambre spacieuse avec un beau balcon vue sur la piscine. Tranquillité, confort, demi pension incroyable !!! Un séjour génial en famille !!! Le personnel est top ... au petit soin. On reviendra.

C'est un hôtel qui a été à la hauteur de mes attentes, le personnel est avenants et toujours disponible et souriant. Que ce soit dans les restaurants, au bord de la piscine ou au spa tout le monde est à nos soins. Le seul petit bémol est le fait que le restaurant pour le dîner soit à l'autre bout de l'hôtel. En effet parmi nous il y a avait une personne qui avait du mal à marcher et notre chambre étant située à l'entrée de l'hôtel le chemin était complexe pour aller dîner.

Les infrastructures de l'hôtel sont belles : il y a 3 piscines extérieures dont une en roof top et une intérieure. Nous avons eu un souci de clim (il faisait super froid) et ils ont été corrects de nous reloger dans une autre chambre. Mais le personnel est à peine poli (hormis le jeune homme qui place les gens au sky restaurant qui lui était très agréable). La restauration se fait sous forme de buffet, c'est correct sans plus malgré le grand choix. Bref ce n'est pas un séjour marquant.
