Très bien Vue mer très jolie et service parfait Personnel très accueillant Animations sympathiques pour les enfants mais tous les soirs la même chose… manque de variétés. Le monsieur qui anime pour les enfants est tres gentil et les met à l’aise tout se suite.

Wspaniały hotel. Szczególnie podobały mi się animacje prowadzone przez Ramon Diaz. Było bardzo wesoło. Animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych codziennie. Miła obsługa. Jedzenie różnorodne i smaczne. Estuve alojado en este Hotel con mis amigos y unos compañeros de trabajo. La experiencia fue muy bonita sobre todo el trato con el cliente de parte de los recepcionistas y también el servicio de Bar cafetería también Restaurante fueron muy amables. We had so much fun with Ray Chocolate! He is a nice man full with positive energy and kindness. My kids loved being in the events held by him. We definitely recommend every family with children to try these events. Thank you Ray and hope to see you again next vacation!

Great hotel for family stay near the beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and beautiful beaches. Lots for the kids to do including kids club and disco with Ray! Would recommend getting breakfast included - well worth it! Rooms were clean and a good size and have a balcony.

Our second visit of Palma and must admit I love it even more. The hotel is very well organised and clean. Our room got cleaned daily and even that April is very quiet month the pools were very well looked after. The food was nice but our favourite bit is definitely the kids disco. We came here to celebrate our son's 5th birthday and the best part of our 6day trip was the hotel entertainment. The DJ it's something different! Always smiling, super friendly and made our son and us feel special. If everyone loved their jobs as he does, holidays would be full with only great memories!!! Highly recommend the hotel and especially the kids programs for the youngest!
