Great modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

The location was nice and so charming. Transportation from the hotel location to city center, aquarium and airport was very good. breakfast was so good and versatile options.

Overall clean and they even allowed an early check-in without any extra charges.

The hotel is very well connected to the center and the airport. All staff were friendly. What I think can be improved are the mattresses… they have not felt very comfortable

When I checked in, the toilet trash can still had disgusting sanitary products left by the previous owner and it was already smelly. I contacted the front desk and was told that the cleaning department was off duty. They then said they were busy checking in other guests and hung up on me. After a long time, the front desk came to take away the trash can and told me that the trash would be taken out tomorrow and brought back to me. Shock! The next day, I specially reminded the front desk to clean the room. Don't wait until the cleaning department is off work again and there is no one to clean it. As a result, when I returned to the hotel at 3pm, it was still not clean. I went to the front desk again and it took two hours to clean it. When I returned to the room, I saw that the cleaning was very sloppy. The location of the hotel is very good, right on the beach. The room is big. But the so-called sea view room you booked actually only saw a little bit of the sea from a very small angle. The structure of the room is very strange. The so-called sea view balcony is facing the balcony of the next room. What you see is not the sea view, but the neighbor. There is no privacy at all.

It is located in a small coastal area about 15 minutes by taxi from the city. Beautiful sandy beach just behind. The resort feeling is in full bloom.Because it is close to the airport, you can hear the flight noise from the morning, so it may not be suitable for those who are nervous.

Although time has not accompanied, the hotel is perfect, we will return.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff was super attentive, pleasant, it was my partner's birthday and they gave us a bottle of cava, quite a detail. We will repeat for sure! 😊

staff at the hotel very helpful bedding and towels were changed every day hotel is very clean and tidy they offer car parking not on site but if its out of season you can park around the hotel loads of parking on street very small indoor pool

Lovely hotel, ideal and peaceful location. Walkable to bars and restaurants. Hotel food and drinks, are reasonably priced.
