very nice pools with a total of 5, hv live music in the evening. The tourist guy tell us that this is the most popular hotel in summer for Palma. I would defly stay here again in summer.

Great stay with great food. Some of the staff are not very friendly, and many look very tired. But hotel itself is great with amazing people serving breakfast and dinner, they are making your stay very pleasant.

Fabulous experience, rooms lovely and spacious and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely great selection. The only thing that was disappointing was the bar closed at 11:30. Roof top bar was amazing watching the sunset

The hotel is very good and deserves its stars. The location is also very good because it faces the beach, 10 minutes from the airport and the city center! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Buffet style breakfast with chefs 🤩 and the spa and outdoor swimming pool at the top as well as the hotel staff. I recommend this place and also plan to come back.

I made a reservation for 3 nights with 2 meals in the morning and dinner, and there was a wide selection of items, and everything I ate was really delicious, so I was once again glad that I had the meal included. I couldn't go into the sea because it was winter, but there was a spa, and after taking a steam sauna and a regular sauna, there was a small pool, so I researched it in advance and brought my swimsuit, which was a great decision! Next time I would like to go again in the summer.

The HM Ayron Park is an upscale Ballermann hotel (I would estimate the proportion of "party guests" at around 50%) which is within walking distance of both the Megapark and the Bierkönig. The entire complex is very well maintained and beautiful - however, I missed the hospitality that is normally typical of Spain - people were not unfriendly but the way they communicated was sometimes very assertive (which may be necessary for some guests and has therefore already become routine - you should try to differentiate here). The cleaning staff are very thorough and the rooms are fortunately relatively well soundproofed - however, you can still hear the loud blaring of the latest Ballermann hits despite the windows being closed = so the hotel is only partially suitable for a relaxing holiday despite several beautiful pool areas (including on the roof) and wellness area. But you should be aware of that anyway given the location. In terms of cuisine, I would describe the breakfast as excellent - there really is nothing missing here - from omelettes made to order, fresh avocados, salmon, sparkling wine to all the components you would expect from a rich breakfast buffet, everything is available here. The food/snacks we consumed by the pool were fine, but rather disappointing given the overall high standards of the hotel: the burger patties were fried to death and the salami pizza had hardly any taste and was more than greasy. The drinks are a little more expensive - which is fine for a 5* hotel - for example, an Aperol Spritz costs €10. A late check-out on the day of departure was possible after asking several times (for an additional charge of €10 per hour for each single room), but you could tell from the communication that this was offered rather reluctantly. We asked about this service as soon as we arrived, but were told that we should ask again on the day of departure between 10:15 and 10:30 a.m. (this is the normal procedure - which was confirmed to me again by another employee the day before departure). The hotel does not seem to be fully booked now (end of October), which makes this procedure seem a little questionable (after all, the normal check-out is at 11 a.m. - which would cause unnecessary stress if the answer was negative). In summary, I would book the hotel again - it was ideal for our group of men.

It's very worthwhile, breakfast and dinner are included, and there are many varieties. The swimming pool bar on the top floor is very good for watching the sunset. It takes only two or three minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach. The overall experience is quite good, and I will come again next time.

The temporarily booked hotel gave me a big surprise, the environment is very good, the room is very clean and tidy, with a large balcony, if the weather is good, the photos are beautiful, but unfortunately the weather was bad when we went. The breakfast provided by the hotel is a buffet type, with a wide variety of fruits and sweet fruits, and several chefs are constantly making food. The bread is fluffy and fresh. The toilet and bathroom in the room are separated, and the mirror is also lighted, which is very convenient. The hotel also provides a free spa for free, but it is the kind without massage, lying in the hall by yourself, there is a sauna room where you can go to the sauna, and a pool, the environment is comfortable.

Very good hotel to be relaxed.
