Hotel Principe Wellness&Spa

Second stay at this hotel mainly due to its proximity to the airport but also because of the previous stay being so pleasant. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very attentive, the hotel is smart and clean, it is a great base to walk along the front to Palma ( if you like a good walk!) or you can easily catch the bus into Palma from nearby. (Although they do get very busy) Would recommend this hotel for a short break to do some sightseeing in Palma

The beds in the Hotel Principe are really comfortable and the room temperature is easily adjusted to your desired setting. The bathrooms are extremely modern and clean. Towels and extra bedding are in plentiful supply. I found the meals to be fresh and tasty, with a special cooked breakfast and delicious coffee every morning. The staff really go out of their way to make everything easy for guests (Thanks everyone...Jose, John-Anthony, John and all the rest of the wonderful staff!) The rooms are serviced every day, and towels and dressing gowns are supplied for the spa, which I must say is delightful. My mother and I were very well looked after. One thing we loved is that the hotel is very peaceful as it is set back just one block from the sea and you don't get any noise at night. I definitely intend to come back to this beachside hotel with its beautiful jacuzzi balcony and seaview.

From the first moment we arrived at the Hotel Principe in Avenida Son Rigo, Playa de Palma, until we left, the customer service has been more than fantastic - ¡sobresaliente! Staff in reception, bar and restaurant, house-keeping, in the kitchen and more, are all so professional, efficient, helpful, friendly and kind, they take great pride in what they do. They are ALL such a fantastic ambassadors and made our stay special. Our sea view room on the 6th floor was great, the beds comfy, the shower in the bath room was great. The restaurant was clean and bright, the food was good, plenty for all tastes. Restaurant staff kept the area spotlessly clean and food was replenished quickly. The bar was very pleasant as was the pool area. A special mention to José (restaurante), Toni (restaurante), Gabriel (bar) Natalia (recepción) and all of the other staff we met during our stay but whose names we did not take. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to all nationalities, languages, to couples, families, people travelling alone, people with health conditions and impairments. We have witnessed how staff make the hotel accesible to everyone. We will definitely be back.
