Our holiday had been booked a while and we were looking forward to some warm weather. Very friendly staff at the reception, who explained everything clearly. Our room was so nice, fresh, clean it even smelled good. Interesting open plan style bathroom, worked for us. Some of the outside areas ( pools ) get busier than others so we made sure we got there early to get the seats we wanted. The food is excellent, meals and snacks seem to be available all day, we ate way more than at home. The beach isn’t far and although we arrived on an overcast day the rest of the week was warm and sunny so it got a lot of use. Really felt at home in this hotel, mainly due to the kindness of the staff. It would be easy to book another week,

I holidayed in Palma this April for the first time . I choose HM Balaanguera Adults Only having looked at the previous reviews. I had the most fabulous week there. The staff were so very friendly and helpful. My room was just perfect! The location is so close to the beach and the shops and restaurants etc. breakfast was so good with lots of healthy options 🤩 On arrival I paid for breakfast each morning however this was accidentally not relayed to the breakfast team. There was a bit of confusion for a morning or two which was awkward. The breakfast manager however sorted this out and I was very sincerely apologised to and staff went out of their way to make sure I had the best breakfast experience possible with a complementary freshly squeezed orange juice given every morning afterwards . These things happen - i was so very impressed with how it was handled!! There is entertainment on at a nearby hotel but thankfully it was over by 10.30 pm otherwise it definitely would have badly affected my stay. Bear this in mind if you are planning a summer on peak holiday.

Goed verblijf gehad. Hotel heeft een leuke sfeer, zoals alle HM Hotels. Kamer zijn mooi en bedden zijn comfortabel. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt was lekker, voldoende keuze.

Wir waren für eine kurze Auszeit im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist super zum entspannen. Das Frühstück bietet von allem etwas (verschiedene Brotsorten, Aufschnitte, Ei, Pancakes, warmes Essen, usw.). Man ist schnell am Strand und es befindet sich ein Supermarkt/Laden in unmittelbarer Nähe um das Nötigste einzukaufen. Kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
