最糟糕的一次住店體驗，定的是攜程上能選的最好的套房，我和男朋友兩個人辦入住，酒店房間是我定的，前台要求多一個人需要額外付款352.38歐元，如果我自己入住則不需要。而當時官網價格兩個人和一個人是完全一樣的，酒店説當場多一個人就需要多付一個人的費用情侶夫妻都不行，如果是帶孩子的一定要注意，前台説忘記的時候多帶一個孩子有過多付五百多歐的情況！簡直無語😓定的這個套房陽台快和卧室一樣大了，酒店衞生做得也很潦草，以後不會再住了！

조식이 8시부터라 조금 늦게부터 시작하는데 30분만이라도 일찍 시작해도 좋을 것 같아요. 다 좋은데 슬리퍼나 페이셜티슈, 샤워가운이 방에 미리 구비되어있지 않아 요청해야 해요. 그래도 요청하면 친절하게 대해 주세요. 허니문이라고 미리 말씀드리니 샴페인과 딸기, 쵸코렛 등 미리 준비해 주셔서 좋았습니다.

I stayed in the Gran Playa de Palma for 7 nights half board. The hotel is exceptional and spotlessly clean A big shout out to Esquiel at the poolside Martin in the restaurant and Pepe the porter. Breakfast and dinner offered great selections and were so tasty My bedroom was large and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping do a fantastic job. I loved my stay and will definitely return! A massive thank you to all the staff Mg bedroom. so tasty and varied

Had a great family vacation, staff were fantastic, very clean hotel, great selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Always managed to get a table for the five of us , should one not be available the staff would manage to put some together for us.
