"Very good hotel. It's a few blocks from the center and the main avenue, but just enough to be close and quiet. There's a kitchen in the room. The pool isn't like the photos. It's smaller, but it's useful. We were able to use it before check-in and after check-out. They store your luggage, although there's little control over it, as they don't check or keep track of which bags you leave or take."

"Pluses Good Location Cons Elevator damaged, they gave me a room in the 3rd floor, wasnt fun to bring up luggage Poor breakfast A/C in bad condition No hot water in the shower Hot water in the pool, it is so small that water is hot due to the sun.... No parking available, you have to go and park in a public parking place Overall pretty bad condition of the premises... good for 1-2 nights ..."

"This AWESOME hotel is so much better than 4 stars! The love of my life and I were greeted by the most wonderful check in host! Her name is Lupita! She was so sweet and kind and made checkin the most pleasant ever! Words alone cannot even describe our room! EVERYTHING was PERFECT! We were looking for a beachfront property with also a nice pool and the rooftop pool and restaurant here also deserves 6 stars! If you are a couple you are wasting your time by staying anywhere else but here in Playa Del Carmen!"

"Not sure how to rate this hotel… looks very nice! But unfortunately it’s extremely poorly made. The doors are thin hollow core doors so you can hear everything. The window on your room just looks right into the hallway…. Just about everything in our room was broken. (Door handles, tv, lights, faucet, toilet) we’re all broken… some of the staff was exceptional while the others were far from it. "

"Nice location close to the beach around the corner from the Ado bus station and 5th avenue. Friendly receptionist who helped me a lot. It can be a bit noisy sometimes. I was happy with the room upgrade :)"

"A woman travels alone and finds a good location and finds it !!! The room was white and clean and tidy. It was better to have a slide door between the living room and the bed room and between the bed and the closet. There was a separate guest toilet so that couples and two friends could travel comfortably when sharing a room. Even the shampoo and body wash scents were luxurious herbs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. I just need to buy all the detergents !!! The jacuzzi was even better in the open air and I was very reluctant to go to the beach because I was traveling alone. Breakfast was eaten at the cafe in the building, but the amount was small but the service was clean and the working people were good. It was uncomfortable that there was no iron board !!! I booked one day first and liked it and extended it one more day. It was a little expensive compared to other places, but I want to use it again!"

"The price/performance ratio is quite high. The room is large, with a small kitchen and kitchenware, a parking lot, and sanitation is OK, but there are cockroaches 😓😓😓😓 The breakfast is good. This place is more suitable for people who drive themselves. If you come to Cancun for cave diving, it is still quite good to stay here..."

"Nice little hotel, 3 blocks to the fifth Ave. a quiet area, nice restaurants near the downtown, good breakfast, the only cons here was the air conditioning doesn’t work, but the person on charge provided a new upgrade room. The hotel have potential but needs an exterior updated. The picture is a vegan pizza just next door! Amazing."

"I liked the hotel in general, we only spent one night, the parking lot is spacious, I really liked the breakfast, it has what it promises and it tastes delicious. All the staff was very nice. Maybe the shower just needs cleaning, it had a little mold in some parts of the nozzle and tubes. The hallways also need mtto or paint. The pool is small but enough to relax. I think I would return, it is a very good option when you bring a car and are going on tours. Price ratio vs what it offers... excellent 👌."
