這次在島上訂了兩家五星都是riu旗下的，各有千秋，這家沙漠就在旁邊光賞日落特別的美，酒店服務人員也很熱情。游泳池是鹹水泳池感覺在海里游泳，房間也不錯，我的是兩張單人床拼起來的對也可以備註要單人床。飲食種類齊全，真的一分價錢一分貨。酒店不算大，但是麻雀雖小五臟俱全，唯一點就是靠近沙漠一颳大風，會吹很多沙子，不過回房間洗個澡也無所謂了。酒店外就是bus和出租車交通方便，到處是飯店酒吧商店，非常成熟的度假旅遊地段。

Simplemente perfecto. La atención por parte de la recepción, hosteleria, servicio de restauración en hamacas es increíble. Te hacen sentir muy bien desde el primer minuto. La comida merece una mención a parte por su calidad y variedad. Era nuestra primera vez en este hotel y sin duda repetiremos. Un 10.

We returned to the Riu Palace Maspalomas earlier this month and we're so impressed with the whole experience! Since we were last here in 2020 the hotel has been fabulously updated - the accommodation, entertainment and pool areas are absolutely amazing! The choice of restaurants is outstanding with no limits to visits to the two specialist restaurants during your holiday. All the staff from the Manager down are exceptional . We will definitely be returning soon to the Riu Palace Maspalomas!

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk, het eten was erg lekker en uitgebreid. De bank in de kamer was te laag, steunde niet goed, kortom geen bank om op te zitten, er was geen gewone stoel aanwezig om op te zitten(vroeger wel)..Wat ook jammer was was dat de balkondeur niet helemaal open kon, waardoor of je weinig ruimte had om bij elkaar te zitten de vroegere schuifdeuren waren beter.

First time we've stayed at a Riu hotel and based on the Riu Palace Maspalomas it won't be the last. Great service, lovely room, excellent quality food and choice. Very clean it all areas, especially the rooms. Friendly staff, a 5 star hotel

Insgesamt betrachtet ein Spitzenhotel mit sehr gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! Perfekte Lage, sehr sauber, unglaublich freundliches (z.T. geradezu herzliches) und unterstützendes Personal, sehr schöne Einrichtung, bestens organisiert und toller Service. Nur leider das Essen: Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist sehr gut, doch leider ist das Abendessen-Buffet bisweilen sehr lieblos. Damit ist nicht die Auswahl gemeint (die wirklich sehr gut ist), sondern die Zubereitung der Speisen. Keinerlei Raffinesse in der Küche. Es erinnert doch in weiten Teilen eher an Kantinen-Essen. Noch ein kleiner Tipp: Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen - es lohnt sich!

Zeer mooi hotel, prachtige locatie, kamer met zeezicht 😍. Vriendelijk personeel, mooie zwembaden met plaats genoeg om te zonnen. Ontbijt en avondeten van zeer hoge kwaliteit.
