7 night's all inclusive @ Corallium Dunamar in Gran Canaria with the Unique package. This is our 4th holiday with Jet2 but the first at this hotel. Smooth check in and outbound flight, greeted by Jet2 staff at Gran Canaria Airport, private transfer to hotel all went well. Warm welcome at the hotel, all the staff are so polite and helpful and work hard. The hotel lobby, gardens, swimming pools and bars are really kept well and the views are amazing. We were allocated room 1220, the views from the balcony are breathtaking. The room itself and the corridor outside the room could do with a bit of modernisation, it's clean but a bit tired. The shower water pressure is very low and the water is not always hot, we had more luke warm or cold showers than hot ones! We also had an issue of the dirty towels being taken away on two days but not replaced, quickly sorted out by reception staff. The room cleaning service was in our experience, not great, certainly compared to other hotels we have stayed at. The breakfasts in the unique restaurant are fantastic, very much fine dining, plenty of choice and great presentation. The food in the main restaurant was good too. The entertainment in the main bar in the evenings was really good and the bar staff are great, nothing is to much trouble. A special mention to the lady that runs the Coral bar (1pm - 8pm) outside by the two smaller swimming pools, she works really hard and is so polite, attentive and helpful and keeps the area very neat and tidy. I hope the hotel management really appreciate her efforts and that of some of the other staff that really do go above and beyond to make everyone's stay a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great position on the sea front, well worth a visit. Date of experience: April 26, 2024
