El hotel tiene una imagen moderna y agradable.
Las camas son bastantes cómodas y las habitaciones son grandes.
Inconvenientes:
El servicio de limpieza a primera hora es bastante escandaloso, no precisamente por el ruido de los aparatos, si no porque las limpiadores gritan para hablar. Considero una falta de respeto, profesionalidad y consideración por las personas que hemos pagado por un descanso violentado por esa mala actitud. A mi me ha pasado un domingo a las 8.00am.
El desayuno, buena fruta, pero abunda mucha alimentación industrial y poco autóctono.

Das gesamte Personal ist zuvorkommend, höflich und geht auch auf Wünsche ein. Der Urlaub hier war einfach toll. Jederzeit immer wieder gerne. Vom Essen bis zum Zimmerservice klasse. Wird waren hier mehr als zufrieden. Auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub. Joachim aus Essen

Hotel nice enough rooms cleaned every day to a decent standard. Some of the furniture in need of updating bed settee was damaged bathroom door delaminating towel hook missing of door. Had to tighten bed legs to stop it rocking in need of a makeover . Worst part was the food just not nice and nowhere near a 4* hotel in my honest opinion no more than a 3* and that’s being kind.

Really good holiday. Great entertainment. The only down side was there was no entertainment on Monday in the day or evening which made the day drag a little so we ended up going out. Room was amazing - the bed however moved everytime you moved, which meant I didn’t sleep great the whole week. Food is good, always found something to eat, all inclusive drinks are good too. Shopping centre on site was really good too. Really good holiday.

Pésima atención de recepción a cargo de yeiko quien no te ofrece la información completa de lo que te están cobrando y intentas hablar con el y su respuesta es totalmente fuera de lugar como no me voy a hablar con usted. Las formas totalmente fuera de lugar la información facilitada insuficiente no sabes que beberías tienes derecho la comida variedad poca. Las escapadas de fin de semana son para descansar y desconectar no para que te hagan sentir mal y termines con un ataque de ansiedad.

Amazing second experience. Everything really good, clean hotel and room had everything we needed. Would recommend… short walk to the beach which has everything required too. Great places to eat all around the hotel. The all inclusive buffet suits every need. Will be back.

En recepción a la hora de información es muy pobre solo te cobran lo que quieren sin darte la información necesaria aparte de esto un recepcionista yeico perdió los papeles y las formas de dirigirse hacia las personas no fue nada correcta aparte de todo no te dicen para nada a qué tienes derecho y a qué no es como que tienes que adivinarlo

This is my 5th time stopping at Buenaventura and I look forward to the next visit. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. There were some minor issues (all personal) with the first room. We spoke to reception who moved us the next day. Food has plenty of options whether its via the buffet restaurant or the snack bar. Drinks options are also plentiful and served with a smile. The only downside (and its minor and a personal view) is that the hotel entertainment ends at 10pm so as the all inclusive doesnt end until 11pm means guests are sat there for an hour with no background music etc Like i said though this is my 5th time staying at Buenaventura over the past 10 years and it will always be my first choice when looking for accommodation in PDI
