酒店的位置不錯，離著名的英人海灘步行十多分鐘。酒店的後門就是一個大型集市有商店有酒吧和餐廳。房間蠻大也很乾凈整潔。早餐特別豐富多樣。特別是橙汁完全是現榨的！必須點贊👍晚上酒店會舉行泳池音樂會，女歌手唱得真好聽。員工非常熱情，主動幫拿行李。餐廳員工也好熱情。瑕疵就是：保險箱缺電無法使用，便座裝潢不到位：漏水。

This was the second time I visited this hotel and upon arrival I was greeted as if I was coming home, so nice. The staff is really super attentive and the food and drinks are of excellent quality. swimming pool and bar also very nice to stay. I will definitely come back again next year.

We be coming here over 10 years 4 times a year ....... with jet 2 holidays love it so much staff fantastic food great bit pricey but you get your money worth don't listen to bad reviews on here next door to yumbo all bars and restaurants 10 mins walk from beach every thing on your door step love it so much got all inclusive option but u don't get band just show your room key it's easy do so it's so friendly something here for everyone mur neptuno all way .........

Personnel dévoué, installations impeccables, déjeuners exceptionnels, séjour très agréable pour profiter de Maspalomas et de Gran Canaria. Services à proximité, dont le Yumbo Centrum de l'autre côté de la rue, à coute distance des plages.

Estuvo todo perfecto el personal,las instalaciones,la comida lo único que no me gustó fue que yo iba con todo incluido y llegué muy temprano y al no tener pulsera hasta que no te dan la habitación no puedes tomar nada a no ser que inviten como hicieron conmigo me invitaron a desayunar pero desde las 9 que llegué hasta las 15:00 que me dieron la habitación no pude tomar nada, por lo demás es un hotel de 1️⃣0️⃣

We returned on this week from a stay at the Neptuno. We booked it on the bases of the reviews we had seen, however we were very disappointed .lt provides very poor value for money compared to nearby hotels we have stayed at -the Caterina and the Rui papaya which are the same cost and offer a beautiful environment ,fantastic food and good service. We found the food was awful, specially compared to other hotels and the at lunchtime had only one person allowed to take orders so felt more like a bar on the street and not a relaxing holiday experience, also having to keep showing your room card for every order/ drink was beyond irritating. We normally travel on a package but unfortunately on this occasion we did not so could not ask for a transfer. There are much better hotels available for the same cost.

Great hotel, only drawback is when arriving there are 3 sets of stairs to negotiate to check in and a lift or a ramp would be good or better still move reception. Food tasty and fresh, we upgraded to all inclusive on arrival worth it for the snack bar. Direct access to Yumbo lots of excellent drag shows worth a watch, Ricky’s bar on the ground floor superb. Beds comfy rooms clean. Kettle etc in the room good. But a plug near the kettle would help. Staff excellent. Entertainment in the hotel dire but would be better with some decent music piped in but lots happening outside the hotel. Pool area very clean lots of sun beds didn’t do the pool. All in all a lovely break, will return
