Brilliant location, close to dunes and also, Playa del ingles beach only 20 minutes walk. Hiper Dino supermarket just outside the hotel, which is very convenient.
The staff in the hotel super nice, the bed is comfy, and the balcony pretty nice size.

Unfortunately when I got there the receptionist told me there were no rooms available and wanted to send me to another apar**ent which was located a little far away. I refused and finally she found a room but not the one I booked, there was no view of the sea or the swimming pool, I was disappointed. A special smell in the room I reported it impossible to change.

Very bad for what it costs, not worth it. Without soundproofing and this being a fourth floor, I woke up every day to the garbage truck without air conditioning, terrible cleaning, and small bugs and cockroaches came out of the bathroom walls. We spent 3 nights and looked for another hotel. We left the room closed and did not return until the day it had to be delivered. In the restaurant, the two employees had very little desire to work, always reminding us that at 8:00 p.m. they closed the kitchen. Luckily there was another couple of waiters, a boy and a young waitress who were super friendly and professional. The only good thing was the quality of the food, it was very well cooked and fresh. Very far from the beach you have to have a car to get around. I wouldn't return for free.

Apartamento viejisimo lleno de polvo y sucio. Nos lo "vendieron " apto para 3 personas por tener sofá cama y fue imposible utilizar un sofá tan pequeño e incómodo. El mando de la tele no funciona, no suministran jabón o gel, no hacen las camas por la mañana, hay mucha luz desde primera hora que no permite seguir durmiendo, los trabajadores hablan a voces desde bien temprano, no hay aire acondicionado. La recepción abre muy poco tiempo. Sin duda un sitio a evitar. Hay muchísimos apartamentos por la zona con mucha mejor calidad.

Just back from a really enjoyable stay at these apar**ents, I booked on a B&B basis, and the breakfast was excellent Very clean and fresh, and a great welcome Location is right next to RIU Palace, so that was handy in terms of saying to taxis where drop you off Will return

The hotel is in a very quiet area, but well located in the middle of the Maspalomas triangle :the dunes, playa del ingles, and yumbo center : a 20 - 25 min walk to all this places. The hotel is very quiet and I barely saw people around, not even at the pool area, which by the way close promptly at 7pm. Our unit was very basic but clean and with the essential things you need for short stay. It was located in the first floor, with a little terrace facing a fence and grass, so no view at all. The apar**ent does not have a/c coincidentally, so even though it was not that hot outside, sleeping at night was uncomfortable. A fan would be a good addition. The bed was not very comfortable either. The WiFI and water pressure and temperature were good. The people working there were very nice and attentive. No toiletries at all in the room. The best aspect of this hotel is the supermarket in the first floor where you can get anything you need.
