The place is great in terms of location but the rooms on the ground and basement areas are horrible and very noisy in the morning , we had cock roaches in the bahtroom and the shower head was completely covered in scale so we couldn't have a proper shower ,no view at all .
I will not stay here ,again.
I requested a room on a higher floor and with a street view but simply got ignored.
Not the best customer service at the reception, either 🙄
So , avoid it if you have better options and there is availability nearby.

This hotel is very good for the price we paid. Everything was very clean and the customer service was excellent. The food was nice and fresh which was a treat too! The only thing I could criticise was the payment to use the hotel safe and the TV:but I guess that is a way for them to make further revenue.

La piscina y el buffet, lo mejor. Las habitas son justitas y el personal es muy agradable. Está en una zona con mucha actividad (mercadillo delante del hotel los miércoles y sábados, locales con música en directo, tiendas...). Mención especial para la chica de recepción, María la de Redodela, que es muy discreta ty amable

Stayed at Greenfield hotel for a week, we were only bed and breakfast and I’m pleased we wasn’t all inclusive as the standard of the breakfast was nothing special. I can’t comment what the other meals were like as I didn’t see any of them as we ate out all other times. The pool area was lovely and there was plenty of sun beds, the pool bar is very reasonably priced. The entertainment man did a very good job trying to motivate people in taking part around the pool, I can’t comment on any other activities as we didn’t visit the bar in the evening as we went out. The room was cleaned regular with towels changed. The room was a little dated and small,we had a one bedroom apar**ent for 3 adults and a child. Saying that we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Lovely hotel nice and quiet all the amenities are there the pool was great with a nice pool bar and plenty of sun beds and canopies if needed. Lovely fish pond leading up to the pool too. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We were late to check in due to a late flight but they had prepared us a lovely little snack and some water a very nice touch. Hotel is about 5 mins walk to the beach and there’s plenty of bars and restraunts close by if you preferred to eat out.

Fantastic pool area, loads of comfy sunbeds. Excellent setting in Irish quarter, 10 minutes to beach, 20 minutes to yumbo. Friendly hotel staff. Rent pool towels and tv remote control. We did b&b, plenty of food choices. Cheap pool bar. Street market on door step every Wednesday and Saturday. Mulligans outside the hotel has live music every night.

We went on a trip with friends and the truth is that the hotel is great and very central, with everything you need at street level. To put a downside, the breakfast buffet is somewhat poor. The best are spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and access to the pool from the room. Mention the good trea**ent of the hotel workers and especially Orlando at the reception.

Wonderful staff and the cleanliness is the best I have ever seen fantastic place to meet new friends loved the Meeting Bar and some really good entertainment. Pool is amazing and no silly early morning scramble for sunbeds as they are plentiful and set out with plenty of room. Food is hit and miss but always something for everyone. The Greenfield is in a fantastic location this year was my 5th visit and will definitely be going to my favourite place again hopefully soon.
