Great location. Stayed in 2 bedroom sea view. Managed fine in February with no air con but wondered how high summer would compare. Pool towels provided. Hairdryer in bathroom but not the best. Pool a little on the chilly side despite being heated Maid service to make and change beds most days Kitchen would benefit from some wine glasses Both bedrooms are essentially twin beds. We asked for a double but it was both the beds pushed side by side each with single bedding on. Would stay again. Makes for a good base for day trips out. Parking isn't included but can be paid for as an extra.

Stayed at Las Gondolas and found it to be an excellent choice. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with sea view and a good size balcony. Room was also a good size and well equipped. Rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly and efficient. There is also a very well stocked Supermarket across the road and the location of Las Gondolas couldn't be better. It's just a few minutes walk to the beach and all the bars, shops, restaurants.......of which there are many! We haven't previously stayed in Playa del Ingles or Las Gondolas but we will be back to both in near future.

This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments, we love the location and friendly staff. We had a beautiful sea view room and could not have been happier with our stay. The rooms are beautifully clean, equipped with everything you need. We found the beds to be comfortable. The pool area is well kept and clean, staff were so helpful and welcoming. We have stayed in many hotels and apartments in this area and this one is definitely our favourite based on value for money and location. We love it here and can’t wait to come back hopefully very soon!

Zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten zum Strand und zur Promenade. Angeblich ist Haus in der 5. + 6. Etage ausgebucht. Trotzdem sieht man keine Gäste im Haus Auf Nachfrage ob wir upgraden können, nicht möglich weil ja ausgebucht ... letzter Aufenthalt eines Pärchen, die seit 8 Jahren Stammgäste sind. Daumen runter

Hemos estado 5 días. La ubicación es muy buena, el piso es pequeño pero tiene de todo y el nuestro con vistas al mar. El baño nuevo. Aunque el piso no tenía ni ventilador, no hacía falta, muy freskito. Ojo! No tiene parking y aparcar en agosto.... Dos horas buscando aparcamiento. Si encuentras zona azul, déjalo ahí porque es solo de 9 a 14 de lunes a sábado y sale "barato". Destacar la PÉSIMA organización puesto que en el anuncio pone que teníamos que dejar el piso a las 11 y a las 10 de la mañana nos han tocado la puerta las limpiadoras, diciendonos que tenían mucho que limpiar, que nos teníamos que ir, que teníamos que entender que ellas tenían mucho trabajo... Perdona? A mi m da igual irme a las 8, 9, 10 u 11, pero si pone a las 11 yo estoy lista a las 11 y no a las 10, y no me parecen maneras. Si tu tienes mucho que limpiar habla con quien sea que ponga la salida a la 10, ese no es mi problema.

If you book these apartments beware if you are expecting cash back from your booking provider once you check in they tell them you have cancelled and you don’t get you money we complained and they refused to store our luggage and asked us to leave the premises by the 11am check out usually you can use the facilities until your transfer time

Hotel in a good location.
The German hotel next door plays German music from the 1970s loudly outside from 20-22 and from 22-01 you can hear Caribbean rhythms from the 1980s.
Wifi had to be installed every 3 days, requires staff help.
The crockery is scanty, but you could get a refill if you asked.
The blankets were missing, but you could get them by asking.
Being able to buy water directly from the hotel was good.
The toilets were washed in the morning with such a strong detergent that even the inside smelled of solvent.
