Front office and services staffs can be more pleasant.
Not sure if they understaff or tired . But they sometimes they not friendly. The guy who checked us in very nice but rest of stay, we don’t received friendly attitudes from the service nor front office staffs . The housekeeping lady so much helpful. The hotel are decent.

We came away saying we would re book here again. The room was fantastic. The food for breakfast and dinner was really good, especially as we were eating healthily. The reception staff were fabulous. Everything was provided, pool towels, toothbrushes, even a sewing kit. Loved it.

Nos ha gustado mucho alojarnos en este hotel, es tranquilo, las habitaciones son agradables, la limpieza correcta y la comida de buena calidad.. El hotel está alejado de la playa pero cuenta con un servicio de bus gratuito. Nos ha encantado la terraza del la habitación, en nuestro caso orientada al sur, dónde hacía fresquito incluso en los día de calurosos. Nos gustaría volver.

Spining en el agua con Juaqui fue ideal! Nos echamos buenas risas, vale mucho. Siemore esta pendiente de todo los clientes que estamos alojados en el hotel. Es muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Muy atento de todo, volveremos otra vez.

Estancia maravillosa. El hotel está totalmente renovado y el equipo de animación te hace pasar unos ratos muy divertidos. Participamos en una sesión de spinning en el agua con Juanky, hace tiempo que no me reía tanto, totalmente recomendable.
