Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch das wird durch guten Service, saubere Zimmer und vor allem durch die reichhaltige und vielfältige Speisenauswahl ausgeglichen. Die Nähe zum Strand, gute Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sprechen ebenfalls für einen Aufenthalt im Relaxia Beverly Park Hotel.

Comfortable hotel near the beach with helpful staff. The hotel offers good food morning, lunch and dinner, I had "all inclusive" during my week at the hotel and there was nothing to complain about.

Don’t be fooled by the well angled photos this hotel has been part refurbished, in the reception and some of the rooms which are partial sea view which they charge for. Rooms to the rear of the property are affected by substantial road noise and are dated and ill maintained. No fridge or mod cons. The food is never hot, poor quality and not good quality, from the starters to desserts its budget all the way. A €6 taxi into the centre, as not much around the hotel at all apart from the odd bar and supermarket. Hotel staff are rude, slow and don’t look happy in their work. Bar staff not welcoming, the maids are friendly and do an excellent job a credit to the hotel. Unless you get this hotel at a ridiculous all inclusive price skip it, more like a two star than a three. Very popular with the older generation and Spanish. AVOID…….

Albergo in zona tranquilla ma vicinissimo a zone più turistiche per chi lo desiderasse. Inoltre la fermata degli autobus per muoversi con facilità per l'isola è a 5 minuti. La struttura è pulitissima, al ristorante cucina internazionale ma di buon livello con ogni sera cene a tema, grill e tanta scelta di verdure sia cotte che crude. Le stanze sono piccole ma pulitissime e comode. È un 3 stelle che sembra quasi un 4stelle. Ci sono 3 piscine, bar all'aperto e lounge bar. Personale molto gentile e possibilità di noleggiare auto,scooter e bici . A pochi passi vi è la spiaggia di Saint Augustin che non è paragonabile alle più celebri spiagge di Gran Canaria ma pur sempre gradevole e dalla passeggiata che porta a Maspalpmas si possono ammirare le famose dune. Consigliatissimo.

The food was really good including the pool bar where you could get burgers, hot dogs, chips and cheese toasties fron 12-5 Restaurant was huge with loads of seats Drinks were on tap all day and no limit per person which is great for all inclusive No fridge in the room which was very basic but clean with a wardrobe. No ventilation in the bathroom either which caused everything to soak. Local cats in the grounds which my daughter loved Staff were all nice especially in the restaurant 3 swimming pool to pick from with no issues getting a lounger. The kids pool was perfect for my 7 year old as she could touch the bottom in most of it. The toilets could be closer to the bar where the kids entertainment is, especially if you’re drinking beer. There are no TV’s in the hotel if you want to watch any sports. All in all for the price we paid and what we got I will 100% be back to this hotel. We had a brilliant holiday and what a bargain this place is.

This was our first visit to Gran Canaria and an all inclusive holiday. You get a bit of a dread on the transfer coach when you see other peoples hotels but Beverly Park looked so much better than we expected as we arrived. Our room was fine and had all we needed, we were immediately impressed by how clean the hotel is kept, the staff are continually keeping everything in order in the most efficient way. The food and drinks are excellent with a very good selection available. We enjoyed the pools and it was so good to have 28 degrees after a long miserable winter at home. I think that Beverly Park was a good choice for us compared to other hotels we saw in Maspolomas and for what we paid I think it was excellent value for a spring break. We will come again but I will pay extra for a sea view next time as this will add to the experience.

Only a few minor negatives. It’s a little tired in places. The entertainment area was akin to factory canteen. It was immaculately clean. Very amenable staff. One or two of the younger staff could do with a bit of interpersonal training. Plenty of food choice and of a good standard. Not the usual wishy-washy all-inclusive drinks. Great value for money for a 3*. Would definitely consider a revisit. I would recommend paying the extra €70 for the sea view. (7 days)
