We did a very last minute holiday (booked the day before) so had no chance to do my normal research on this hotel, normally we stay in 5 star accommodation were a little worried however there was absolutely no need to be. This hotel and its staff were absolutely amazing. The food was great and always fresh. The staff were so accommodating especially to the 2 guys on reception and wonderful lady at the pool bar( sorry I am terrible with remembering names) . We normally always have something to complain about but I can say we had absolutely nothing to complain about with this hotel and would return in a heartbeat! Also normally there is a sunbed issue at hotels but this again was not the case as you can’t just reserve one here and disappear for the day ! Thank you for making mine and my boys have a wonderful stay

We have never been to this hotel or Gran Canaria. And what a wonderful experience this was! We will come back in a heartbeat! Hotel is large but doesn’t feel like that. Everything from water pressure in the shower to how quick the lifts arrive-flawless! We had a lovely room, food offerings-outstanding. Bar is well priced too. Facilities-tennis, swimming pool, games, kids club, location to the beach and shops, evening entertainment-perfect. Massage and other treatments well priced and very well done too. Staff are most helpful and friendly-you can tell they like working here. We are most grateful to everyone for looking after us so well…thank you all so much!

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue excelente en todos los aspectos. La ubicación es inmejorable, prácticamente junto al mar, y además, coincidió con el fin de semana de la cabalgata de Maspalomas, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y el personal fue de lo más amable y servicial en todo momento. ¡Estamos deseando volver! 😊

La verdad que la atención fue magnífica , tanto Horacio como Paco y el resto de personal nos trataron de maravilla. Las instalaciones magníficas y la cercanía y facilidad de aparcamiento hizo de nuestra experiencia un recuerdo muy agradable . El trato al cliente fue de 10. Mil gracias por tanta profesionalidad !

The hotel lies on a small hill and this means lots of stairs down to surrounding streets. Wondering why there is no lift? The main entry is, however, accessible from Menceyes street. A bit old and worn hotel, especially room fittings. The hotel building is semicircle and that's why balconies are facing towards inner court. Very dull views. However, the hotel was very good and somewhat charming. Unfortunately a piece of ceiling coating fell in the bath room and we had to change our room. Found quickly that the 3rd floor room was above the main restaurant along with smell of fat and tobacco. Lots of free parking places around. Hotel's breakfast was huge and consisted of everything a guest can expect! There was a water kettle and mugs in our room, nothing else although Tui advertised tea and coffee making appliance. Weird. All the staff was very friendly and polite.

Hotell med mye sjel selv om det begynner å bli eldre. Det som imponerte oss mest var alle som arbeider på hotellet ytet sitt beste og var veldig service innstilt. Dette er nok et hotell vi gjerne kommer tilbake til.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, ist vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jahre kommen. Das Buffet ist sehr lecker, Fisch und Fleisch wird vor den Augen zubereitet. Das Yumbo Centrum, Cita und Kaspah erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Super Service und es ist ein Hotel für Ältere Leute. Kinder sind kaum da gewesen. Wir kommen wieder.
