The apartment is ok. We upgraded to a larger one but it was still very small Lift was not working. As we were upstairs we had to carry our cases up 4 flights of stairs plus all our shopping - water etc not ideal. We stayed 10 nights and it was not fixed .No english channels even though they state they have satellite tv was told this was broken as well wasn't cheap. Swimming pool not heated so no point in having one. I didn't feel the staff were helpful. Basic expensive place

Lovely small complex, spotless well maintained pool area. Pool is cold but fine once you get in, the bubble beds are great! Rooms aren’t huge but big enough (we stayed in a one bed apt), accomodation was clean and kitchen well equipped. Excellent shower although bathroom was boiling hot as the window was nailed shut. Could do with extra pillows and air con otherwise very good. Cross the road and down a path to the prom which leads you to playa del Inglés beach in about 10/15 minutes. There’s a big spar supermarket just around the corner. The road train also goes from near the spar which is a laugh.

Really nice apartments. Good location near the centre and easy access to beach. Nice pool area. We had uppest floor and a beach view. Good balcony. Clean rooms, good kitchen. No air-conditioning so hot apartments in summer time. Busy road downstairs. Laundry machine was nice ekstra.

Property located in playa del ingles, excellent location (a few steps from the beaches). The apartment I stayed in was well organized and had all the necessary services, including a very large and quite private garden. The apartment was very clean upon our arrival, plus the housekeepers clean the rooms and change the various towels and sheets at least twice a week. There are a couple of aspects that should be revised (the flooring in the outdoor garden is not in good condition and the roller shutter strings should also be replaced). The property has a rather large and very quiet swimming pool, perfect for a bit of relaxation. This property is ideal for friends, families, but also for a couple's trip. In general I had a good experience in this structure. RECOMMENDED!

There were bed bugs on the mattress on the bed. You have to go to the hospital for a severe allergic reaction. The apartments never took responsibility. The staff showed zero empathy and the treatment was lousy. Ruined vacation. Awaiting trial...

It was full of cockroaches and not very clean. The pool area very small. The owner and staff have banned cats there, even they are healthy and well. They even kill it. Stay away from the horrible place

These apartments are based in a wonderful location in the south of GC. Our problem was the management's opinion of the stray cat near the apartments. The cats were cared for daily and were no problem, but suddenly the Management took control and did not allow the cats to be fed by a volunteer group We have cats at home so to see hungry cats suddenly not being given their regular food because the staff do not like this was upsetting. We certainly would not recommend these apartments if you like animals and have compassion.
