Buona posizione a due passi dal mare. Purtroppo la pulizia era scarsa e c’è stata poca collaborazione da parte loro nel rispondere alle mail alle quali hanno risposto in maniera sbrigativa e poco cordiale sostenendo che non ci fosse disponibilità quando su booking lo continuava a dare disponibile aumentando poi il prezzo rispetto a ciò che compariva sul sito.

En general y siendo objetivo la valoración es normal, si valoramos por separado el personal muy bien, la ubicación buena y las instalaciones regular, necesita una remodelación en profundidad. Es como retroceder a los años 70, los servicios son muy justos y aún no tienen aire acondicionado, las llaves de los apartamentos son llaves literalmente, y los desconchones y todas las instalaciones están en mal estado, para pasar pocas noches y que la temperatura no sea muy alta te puede apañar, pero para más y con niños y/o gente mayor impensable.

Prima accommodatie om een week te bivakkeren. Receptie is super vriendelijk en meertalig, de kamers zijn brandschoon, wel wat gedateerd maar eigenlijk is alles wel aanwezig. Balkons zijn ruim. Goed stabiel warm water, is ook niet in ieder hotel/appartement zo. Het meubilair vervangen de komende jaren zou de accomodatie wel een boost geven. Een vaatdoek, sponsje, theedoek en afwasmiddel worden gratis geleverd. Wifi gratis en werkte ok. Zwembad netjes. Na 3 dagen nieuwe handdoeken Schoonmaak 5x per week. Men is continu bezig om de accomodatie netjes te houden en defecten te herstellen. Hou je van middag/avondzon, vraag dat aan bij je reservering.

Good apartments for the price, staff helpful, moved a parasol from upper pool area to lower area as was no shade. Rooms cleaned most days, pool area clean but fairly small, bar for drinks only, if you want a sun bed you need to be up early, but at least the pool man didn't let people reserve beds, removing towels before the opening time. Good location, 5 mins downhill to the beach, 10 mins flat to the Yumbo Centre, cafes & bars locally. Airport bus stop round the corner 3.50e every 30 mins.

Me he hospedado en una quinta planta que cabe añadir que apenas me pude hacer un café en ver cómo estaba la cafetera por dentro que no motivaba absolutamente nada en hacerlo y el fregadero bueno ahí lo dejo. A la hora de ir al baño cuando entras en esa ducha buufff, los azulejos llenitos de moho, vamos duch**** con calcetines para no coger nada en las piernas. Y que decir del tendedero, que no pude tender mi ropa ya que estaba todo lleno de tierra. El suelo del apartamento se notaba que ni se barrió para pasarle la fregona pero bueno sigo diciendo que deja mucho que desear la limpieza para lo que cobran por quedarte una noche. La limpieza brilla por su ausencia, cierto es que para lo que cobran podrían preocup**** un poquito más en la limpieza porque deja mucho que desear. Y si todo el personal es como la que le tocó limpiarme esa habitación que me asignaron mejor que cierren directamente porque ni descalza me pude poner. Encima te hacen dar un depósito en efectivo lo cual no se especifica en la página de reservas. Vamos que no volvería aunque me regalen un mes de estancia gratuita.

Had a lovely stay on the run up to Christmas 2023. the place is spotless. very comfortable beds. The pool was great. the reception staff were amazing and could not be more helpful. it is very near to Playa de Anglais.
