Excellent stay, thanks also to the staff who were attentive to our needs. We had a problem with dirty pillows, but the cleaning lady replaced them for us.
Some furniture is worn and some details could be improved, but overall the value for money is very good.
We'll be back.

Ondanks dat ik vroeg arriveerde was de kamer al beschikbaar. De kamer was ruim, schoon, maar kan door het intensieve gebruik wel wat opgefrist worden. Airco, safe en wifi werkten prima. De dame van de schoonmaak, die mijn kamer (206) schoonmaakte, was fantastisch, super vriendelijk. Ligbedjes bij het zwembad waren goed. In het zwembad laten de tegeltjes los en dat is een veiligheidsrisico voor de gasten. De locatie ligt ideaal, centraal en naast de Yumbo. Je hebt dus geluidsoverlast van de Yumbo. Zeker wanneer je er tijdens Maspalomas Pride bent, maar dat weet je wanneer je boekt. Ik heb er een prima verblijf gehad.

Arrived early reception helpful and said room was ready. Room was clean and tidy nice view staff very friendly and helpful in bar area. The maid made and cleaned our room everyday and always said hello…. My only Criticism was our room was right next to 2 extract fans from the restaurant beneath hotel that were very noisy however did switch off later in the night so didn’t affect sleep. Location was great for yumba and food drinks were great for money.

Very close proximity to Yumbo Centre which means no sleep, it’s 5 am and the bar at the is still pounding out music which happens most nights. The staff are unhelpful, incompetent and uncaring. Very substandard pool and pool restaurant,. The rooms have dirty floors & walls, stained sofa and torn bed linen. The shower is peeling in many different places. Spotty and poor wifi in the rooms. The only nice thing I can say is the cleaning staff are pleasant.

I stayed here for 3 nights last week. I was very apprehensive having read reviews here so felt compelled to write this. The check in guy was friendly and efficient, letting me check in 45 mins early. Suite 414 was comfortable and spacious, with good views of the pool (and nude bathing area) and sea in the distance. The pool area was large, with plenty of beds, none of which seemed broken. Agree that the pool was chilly and the tub wasn't hot, and the area probably needs a kick of paint, but no more than that. Didn't eat or drink here so can't comment on that but the 2 pool guys seemed friendly enough. Liked the fact they don't badger you to eat or drink. Now for thing you can't disagree on- the noise from the Yumbo. Although to be expected, it is the only reason I would not choose to stay here again. Even earplugs were ineffective. Noise aside, I enjoyed my stay here.

Miserable staff and no a**osphere in this hotel When we checked in we were given a room on the second floor, asked if possible for a higher floor which we were told the hotel was full Not sure where all the guests were as there was only a handful of people round the pool each day and no a**osphere Rooms were nice and clean, we had to ask for a kettle which they delivered but no mugs or facilities to make a hot drink, just a kettle ! the lady working on the bar was miserable and not friendly The pool and “Hot” tub was freezing cold, i’ve had warmer ice baths! Couldn’t find any english channels on the telly either
