The staff are very friendly but unfortunately the hotel is definitely not the 4 stars it claims to be. The bed/matresses are not 4 star quality, no amenities in the bathroom and very poor sound proofing (could hear conversations in room next door even with all doors/windows closed).
We stayed on an all inclusive basis and found the food selection to be very similar for the entire duration of our stay lacking variation.
Lastly, the evening entertainment will need to be improved. While this is not of great importance to us, I know that this is an important factor for many people seeking these types of accomodation/vacation.

An okay hotel but services are not amazing. Sea view rooms on the other side are good.
If you are to change your room even in the same category as per the company’s policy they will change extras.

I stayed here half board for 1 week on my own and I can honestly say I had a lovely time. On arrival as I was late checking in the lady behind reception had kept me some dinner aside which i thought was a nice touch. The staff were so helpful. My room was cleaned daily, new sheets and towels everyone always had a smile. The beds were really comfy, the only thing about the room was, I didn't have a sea view as advertised but that's OK as I didn't spend to much time in my room. I found the food to be nice I always managed to find something and as it was a buffet I tried out a few new dishes as well. The biggest let down was the entertainment or lack of. And the really uncomfortable chairs in the bar area. All in all I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it 👌

Very pleasant stay at this hotel hence the reason I’m booking again soon for a return visit,staff very friendly and pleasant, was allocated room 202 which faces the road and obvious traffic noise but nothing too dramatic.beds are very comfortable and bed sheets changed regularly along with the excellent housekeeping,had slight issue with the shower tray filling up when showering as water wouldn’t drain fast enough but nothing to serious,always something nice to eat at breakfast and dinner,hotel is in a great location for bars and restaurants and very close to the beach,overall I really enjoyed this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate coming back

Great hotel, amazing staff, nice and clean, fabulous choice of delicious food, 7 min walk to the beautiful sandy beaches. Will definitely come back again soon

Hôtel très propre personnel sympa repas nickel . Mais je retire mes draps pour qu on les changent ON REFAIT MON LIT AVEC LES MÊMES DRAPS ! Les canapés et fauteuils au niveau de la réception sont complètement défoncés chose très désagréable . Nous en avons discuté entre vacanciers . Beaucoup de personne d âge assez avancée aussi .. ( ça râle comme si elles étaient au home ) mais nous sommes en vacances et non dans une bibliothèque. !!! A part ça tout va bien 😉

Hotel très propre. Personnel nickel. Hotel bien situé. Nourriture rien à dire. Literie parfaite. Mais il faut bien préciser que c est un hôtel pour des personnes avec un âge avancé. Mon amie qui a 50 ans s est sentie vraiment jeune.. Pour nous c était le seul bémol.
