The hotel is lovely and staff are very nice and helpful, food is very good nice choice for all . Will be back in November this year with 10 other friends. Will be my 3rd time to stay here and my friends have been here around 6 times so worth a stay if you’re looking for all at one hotel

The beds were very comfortable. Perfect location to all amenities. Wonderful friendly and professional staff. I have been choosing this hotel for years and will continue to do so. I stay half board and find the food very good. Wonderful swimming pool area and the best sun loungers by a mile.

Everything about this hotel was just perfect. Rooms and beds were really comfortable. Pedro on reception was so helpful and friendly. The cleaning girls were excellent at their jobs. Even got chocolate , flowers and wine on our first day. Definitely recommend the whole experience

As usual really enjoyed our stay Pedro and the team make everyone welcome any issues dealt with on the spot Lots of rubbish in the Scum Dailyfail TurgidTimes & other rags moaning about 🇬🇧tourists not being welcome in Spain 🇪🇸 Have to say the people at @GranCanariaTur @guaguasglobal & @murhoteles have gone beyond to make us feel welcome. Nothing like real life to spike #fakenews

Very good hotel- apartment. High level of friendly and helpful staff. At reception as well housekeeping, everyone . Clean and comfortable room with everythingyou need . You can cook if you want in your kitchenette. Good , large swimming pool with enough relaxing sunbeds and umbrellas. Nice location.

Like some other reviewers I cannot believe this is number 11 out of the apartment hotels in Play del Ingles. We stayed when the festival was on not knowing that outside the rooms there was going to be what i would describe as RAVE's going on with loud music on until 4:30am. Now the noise wasn't just load it vibrated throughout the apartments. You literally couldn't hear yourselves talk. I have never in all my years travelling heard anything like it and hope to never again. It completely ruined our stay. Management said they had no control over it which i accept BUT what they did have control over was that they could have warned us when we booked the hotel. I booked this direct with them so believe they could have warned us so we could make up our own minds whether to stay. I contacted them and they said that wasn't possible ?? What in the day and age they cannot contact people and let them know. I have used travel agents before and they usually warn you if there is going to be a problem. Like other reviewers I believe this is management and they want to ensure they have all the rooms full. Most of the staff, including the reception staff were all great, they even said their walls vibrated during these raves and they thought it was unacceptable. The pool area was fine if a little run down. However the sunbeds were dirty with bird droppings, and dried sweat. I only saw the female pool attendant brushing them down not the male attendant. He was surly and miserable, get a new job. But the female was very courteous and friendly. The room was okay apart from the shower. There were tiles missing around the plug hole area and they were filthy around the edges with what looked like black mould. I would be ashamed if it was in my house. So there's my honest report, and would I return NEVER.
