Un lugar donde poder relajarte y desconectar, el personal super amable y profesional, las instalaciones muy acogedoras y la comida excelente, además en un entorno privilegiado, cerca de las Dunas y de la playa, lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Muy céntrico junto a un centro comercial y a unos cinco minutos de la playa de Maspalomas caminando. El personal es muy amable y atento sobre todo en recepción. La comida ha sido muy rica y variada con varias noches temáticas. Nos gustó mucho la noche temática mexicana. El Hotel facilita la wifi, la caja fuerte y el aire acondicionado de manera gratuita que está muy bien. En la habitación funciona muy bien la Wi-Fi y también en las zonas comunes del hotel. Nuestra habitación era muy grande y con vistas a la piscina. Recomendamos este hotel y esperamos volver pronto.

El hotel es antiguo pero se mantiene bien cuidado y muy limpio. El personal es muy amable y simpático, siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno buffet es la mejor comida, muy variada y con muchas cosas a elegir. El almuerzo ha sido flojo y la cena regular. La piscina es climatizada y la zona de solarium muy tranquila. Un buen hotel a buen precio.

Pro. Staff very friendly and polite. Pool area great, very clean no fighting over a sunbed. Poll bar was fine AI choice of drinks including cocktails. Room was very big and clean. Food was good enjoyed all rhe food. Hotel in a good location. Cons. There no entertainment at all. When asked they said it was because it was changing ownership. I feel this should have been disclosed when booking as we might have changed hotel. The opening times for bars were not consistent. Pool bar opening got later each day. The rooms were good but there were a few things needed attention like warped shelve mould on bathroom ceiling. Overall is a good hotel just unfortunate there were a few issues.

My mum and I came away for a long weekend and didn’t have many complaints. We found the rooms to be extremely spacious with lots of places to store clothes, bathroom was huge and great seating area with a very good sized balcony. The cleaners came in every day and towels can be changed every day if you like. Everything was spotless from the room, pool area, reception and all other communal areas. The restaurant always has lots of choice at all 3 meals. Breakfast had everything you would expect. Lunch and dinner every day had a huge fresh salad bar, fresh homemade pizzas, fresh meat on the grill and plenty of options to pick from elsewhere. We enjoyed the selection of drinks and cocktails from the AI menu (we especially enjoyed the fact the cocktails were made in a shaker which isn’t always the case with AI). One of our few complaints was the inconsistency with the pool/main bar opening times. On our welcome sheet we were told the pool bar was open 10-6 and the main bar 6-12am but the pool bar was open at a different time every day ranging from 10 to 11/11.30 and the main bar would sometimes open at 6 other times 6.30. Our main complaint is the lack of entertainment present in May 2024. From looking at previous reviews, we had seen great reviews regarding the entertainment and the team who delivered it which was one of the reasons we went for this hotel over another and we were disappointed to be told when we asked that they had no entertainment due to an upcoming change of ownership. I think it would have been courtesy to let any guests who this would affect know as some may have changed hotel. Overall all thought I enjoyed my stay.

5-night all-inclusive stay in February. Friendly staff and great food. Lovely pool area. Our bathroom needed a bit of updating but notwithstanding, great value for money.

Ha sido todo perfecto.empezando por la limpieza que ha sido buenisima, como la amabilidad del personal de recepcion y sobre todo el buffet, atentos en todo momento de recoger y limpiar mesas, reponer comida y buena variedad de comidas. La piscina y zonas ajardinadas estupendas y a 10 min andando de la playa aunque este en el cerro pero hay ascensores para bajar muy cerca. La habitacion es muy amplia, moderna, con salon a parte con sofa cama, todo reformado y el baño y terraza estupendos. De 10. La playa del ingles es un paraiso ya que se une con la playa de Maspalomas donde estan las Dunas.
